Personally from what I see the DEI-ification in gaming is coming to an end. The rebellion has already started Microsoft quietly announced its new DEI policy (they're moving away from it) and the other major publishers are suffering financial shortfalls as a lot of games come up short. Meanwhile games like Stellar Blade and Lords of the Fallen are successful. I think gaming is self correcting.
