I think my delivery matters a little bit more, but not so much that I can just say anything. You have to have an opener that's at least mildly interesting. I mean they must intutively know your intention from the start. That's just an internet myth, I have found. "Women can tell right away why youre talking to them." Nope. Often times, even hot girls legitimately don't know why you're talking to them.

Off the top of my head, approaches that lead to successful number closes for me(with hot girls) were asking them if they've read any good books lately, if they'd date a guy named Herman, asking about what she's drinking/eating, pretending I use to know a girl that looks just like her, or telling her about a weird or interesting experience I'd had and asking what she thinks about it.

Being authentic works more for approaching average looking girls. When guys cold approach, they tend to particularly target hot girls. When going for girls out of my league, I haven't had much success going the authentic route. I've had much more success with them using canned openers, anything that allows me to talk to them for a little bit before I even begin expressing any interest in them at all(I consider a "hey, how are you" type of approach to be direct, since you aren't giving her any re…

This is good advice. How do you just think of stuff to say on the fly like that?
/r/seduction11/10/19 04:12 PM

Depends how you would define the friendzone. I've dated a lot of girls who weren't attracted to me when they first saw me.

Also, Lots of people OPEN by saying hi (their opener) and then asking for her name in the US Yeah, that would never work here in SA lol, unless the guy is super attractive.
/r/seduction11/10/19 03:41 PM

Ah okay, thanks. I won't drop the opener just yet, but next time I'll try saying what you said. I'm used to experiencing a lot of rejections and a few successful closes anyway haha.

So if I they said "guys and girls can totally be friends" and I responded with something completely random and unrelated like "do you guys smoke weed?", that would work if I said it in a confident, charismatic way?

I live in South Africa. I've been to the US too, and from what I've experienced, thhe women here in SA are somewhat more reserved and less open to random interaction with strangers than in the states, but not so much that you can't cold approach at all. I sometimes think that stuff is more in your head than anything else Lol, I knew you were gonna say that. I have picked up women before and I have female friends, as well as women customers I talk to at work, etc. I'm not a social butterfly or an…

Well I mean, take the "who lies more" opener for example. That's a more accepted opener in this community, but if I went with that opener and they answered with "oh, guys lie more/whatever", I still don't think I would have known what to say after that.
/r/seduction11/10/19 03:14 PM

The problem is, at that point in the conversation I had with the two girls, I don't think it would have been time yet to start asking them for their names. Like, the ice wasn't broken enough yet. You just get a feeling for this stuff. It would have felt forced to ask for their names at that point. Hell, I was considering asking what are they up to(as in why they're at the mall) and even that seemed like it would be a bit forced. Know what I mean?
/r/seduction11/10/19 03:04 PM

I would have just shot my shot and steered the conversation towards becoming friends with them. Do you have specifics for what you would have said here?

I can't believe I didn't get a single real answer to my question, but this idiotic comment got 6 upvotes so far. Is this how retarded this sub has become?
/r/seduction11/10/19 02:42 PM

I've always done better with girls by getting to know them on a platonic level first than by being upfront about my romantic interest. What I really want to know is what I could have in this situation, after they replied to the initial question. Like, even if I just wanted to be friends, I still wouldn't have known what to say there lol.
/r/seduction11/10/19 01:44 PM

Those studies are bullshit. Do you know how many studies I've read that directly contradict what I've seen over and over in real? And i'm not just talking about studies concerning women, or even dating (although some of them were).

Have you ever had your car stuck in snow, mud or sand?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 03:06 PM

Not bitter. I've long since accepted that women are the way they are. I just decided to be positive and ask a question about nice qualities women have.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 03:05 PM

This is exactly my point. Even if you're the type of guy women are at the best behaviour around, you can still have the presence of mind to know that women are monsters when not kept in check.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 02:57 PM

This is a legit. In my vast experience with women, I have come to know them to be poor human beings. I decided to be positive to day and ask about women's good qualities, if they exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 02:45 PM

A word of advice: Don't shit talk people on the internet when you know damn well you wouldn't have the balls to even look at me wrong in real life. It's inconsistent.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 02:41 PM

This is a huge myth. I don't know where it comes from but I have never known a woman to be particularly empathetic and sensitive to someone who wasn't her boyfriend or family member (people that she likes). Women only do things that benefit them, directly or indirectly.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 02:40 PM

Do they not teach reading comprehension over there in pakistan?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 02:23 PM

Hey I'm just basing it on how I witness women behaving. Do you think I just woke up one day and decided to believe women are evil?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 02:06 PM

I'm not saying there isnt a use for women. I'm talking about things that make up for their character flaws. If you've met alot of women you know how bad they can be. Are there any good things about them, character wise? "They look out for the people close to them" is not a redeeming quality, since it's something everybody does, and out of selfishness.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 02:00 PM

What?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 01:54 PM

This is true, but I meant in terms of character traits. Do they have anything good to make up for their character flaws?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 01:51 PM

It would be even more liberating and powerful if one knew what the hell I fly away free as a bird, and they're locked in a cage means.
/r/TheRedPill22/04/17 06:12 PM

What do you consider to be attractive, at least for a man? Looks alone or is there an overall attractiveness that looks plays a part in increasing? Because simply acknowledging that woman's attraction, say, isn't as visual men's has nothing to do with being blue pilled.
/r/TheRedPill22/04/17 06:10 PM

Women don't have agency. although they live under the illusion that they do.

because they believe they're more submissive. What? I was not aware of this. I always thought those guys want to date virgins because of men's revulsion for women who sleep around. Yeah I know that not being a virgin =/= automatically a slut, but it makes sense that men would subconsciously see virgins as more appealing when they are the complete opposite of something they do NOT want in a partner. Some men take this to the extreme and exclusively want to date actual virgins. This is what I thou…

Nobody in modern day is worried about dying alone in their early 20s. Sorry to say this but your parents have been lying to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/17 05:50 PM

This is true...for flings. I wouldn't mind hooking up with a hot slut. I just wouldn't marry or LTR one. I think the main thing is that most men aren't nearly as bothered by high n-count women Well there's your solution. Date those men then, instead of posting online about how real men don't care if you're a slut.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/04/17 11:09 AM

Of course they have excuses. Growing old alone is like a the worst fear a woman has. By the time she's is in her early twenties, she knows that the clock is ticking for her to find a man and start a family. She takes a risk no matter what she does. Either she settles down while she's still young, going all-in on the guy she's with because if it doesn't work out she ends up divorced, older, with kids. Or she waits around for a guy she actually likes and risks him never appearing, and before she k…

Maybe it is, but as long as it doesn't fall under the legal definition of rape ie keeps you out of jail, it's fine. I don't think a guy can get arrested because a woman said "I didn't really want to have sex with him, but I still did it willingly because I didn't want him to act coldly to me. So I'm perfectly okay with it. Men have to do what they have to do to get women into bed. I've always thought a lot of the rejections women do are premature and not well thought-out. Women already act so al…

Ok, so if a guy approached you in a club and you said get lost, you wouldn't feel regret/jealous if you later saw him leaving with a hot girl ? I get the feeling that you might very well say "no I wouldn't" just for the hell of it. So let me say that this is indeed how people, women in particular, think.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/17 04:01 PM

If he could get hotter girls than her, then there must be something dateable about him. By not at least giving him a chance, she's missing out. I don't believe what some of the other women are posting saying that any remotely attractive women has her pick among several quality guys. You're also implying that most of the time when a woman rejects a man, she actually thought it out and is not just rejecting him out of hand.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/17 03:56 PM

Eh, mentality doesn't really make a difference. Women you cold approach do not respond to mentality. That would imply that they are self-aware enough to even evaluate you as a potential mate before deciding to date or reject you.

Yes I am thirsty too, which is why will I go for a woman who is attractive, sure, but not as hot as girls I get when I'm at the top of my game. I'm sure they could get other guys, but saying they could get better guys than me is being very optimistic.

The only time I "praise" men is when i truthfully point out that in my vast experience, men are nicer and overall better human beings than women, even though the fairy tale is that women are supposed to be the nicer, more compassionate of the two sexes. The women I date are nice to me yes, but that's the exception. Of course they're going to treat me well if I make their lives better and they want me around. It doesn't count.

Wow, I can't believe I found someone who agrees with me on this. When I tell people about how women are generally shitty and give examples, they will usually say "oh, and men aren't like that too?" Maybe they are, I don't know. But I date women, so I know more about them than I do about men. It's not that men aren't shitty, I just don't know enough about them to speak for men who aren't me.

Lol, that's not what defines loyalty. What doesn't define loyalty? That "rich" or "very good looking" or "influential" or "powerful" men trade in old wives for new ones? If so, then yes, I agree with you. Leaving your wife for a younger woman is indeed not what loyalty is.

girlfriend, who you supposedly love You love your girlfriend, but you don't love her unconditionally. You love her because she makes you happy. If using hardcore dread tactics makes her try harder to please you, and her trying harder makes you happy even when it's at her expense , then that's what you do. For some guys, being the one who controls the relationship makes them happier than having their girlfriend as their equal. And before you say that this is a selfish way to view relationships an…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/17 04:19 PM

What you don't seem to understand is that to women, aesthetics matter the most at the beginning of the relationship, when neither of you know each other. That's the main role for having looks as a man is they either motivate women to get to know you, or keep them from getting invested in the getting to know you. A woman can become attracted to almost any guy if he has the right personality, as long as he isn't downright repulsive-looking. So no, it's not of she's not attracted to them, they aren…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/17 12:12 AM

Approaching is not for every woman though. It's easy to say that if you're good looking enough to be confident your approach will be welcome. But an average woman would be more likely to get turned by men she finds attractive and if she does, the rejection also hurts far more than it would a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/17 06:41 PM

Nobody bases their real-world view on studies. They base it on real-world observations.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/17 01:15 AM

With all the women who abused by their boyfriends in some way or another, it makes me think two things: How do these women not see signs of these abusive traits early on, and There are many single guys who would never treat their SO this way, and good looking guys don't stay single for long unless they choose to So it makes me conclude that women end up in those relationships by way of choosing guys based on looks first. I was just wondering if this is commonly accepted, or just by me.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/17 01:09 AM
2

Have to say I disagree with this. I've seen way too much of the same story playing out, only with different people to still follow the line of thought that "people are different, they approach relationships differently, choose partners based on different things" etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/17 01:03 AM

Because far more women are abused in relationships than men
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/17 12:53 AM

I have to admit that I've witnessed this myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/17 12:50 AM

These are probably true as well. But I don't think most abusive guys are that good at hiding those traits. I think most of them do show some signs early on that women choose to ignore, if not for his looks, then for some other reason. The way I see it, objectively attractive guys have less incentive to be "good guys" and treat women well. Are you saying that an average guy has just as much of a chance of being abusive as an attractive one?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/17 12:49 AM
1

Pussy carouseling is basically just a guy having a string of casual sex encounters, with different women. The don't even have to happen close to together. If a guy has casual sex with five women in one year, with no relationships in between, then he was riding the pussy carousel that year.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/17 12:57 PM

Lol, literally every woman besides a gold digger sees her husband as good looking.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/17 09:31 PM

Just curious, would you be okay with it if the guy you were dating was having casual sex with other girls/side chicks that he didn't have serious feelings for until such a time as you decided he was worthy to put out?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/17 08:32 PM

No, it's like they were all your basic sorority party girl types. They were different types of girls, with different interests. One of them I met in the waiting room at the dentist's office, some of them at the mall, club, one I met through a friend. And it's like that there was anything else wrong with them, apart from being vapid, though a few turned about to be downright insane, which they were suprisingly good at hiding early on. I think the reason I have this "problem" is that I learned a w…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/17 07:59 PM

What do you mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/17 07:29 PM

In my experience, the main reason women get pumped and dumped is due to lack of personality. I am guilty of having pumped and dumped a few girls, but my intentions never started that way. With every single one of them, I was genuinely interested in them at the beginning and was trying for an ltr. But then sooner or later I would realize "this girl is kind of vapid" and since I was already half way there, I would see things through until I fucked her once (or with one of them, a few times) before…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/17 07:22 PM

If you are very attractive, assume your looks go away. I don't understand this. What does attractive women becoming average have to do with your initial premise of exterminating men who can't get girls? Probably not gonna get an answer but I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt here.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/17 04:47 PM

a shitty option You probably need to learn why it's called being "too picky" and why its considered a bad thing. It doesn't matter if you enjoy it. Point is whether you reject the guy or not he's still gonna be the one going home with a member of the opposite sex, and you'll just end up being lonely. Good thing you enjoy it.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/17 12:06 AM

I do too but is it weird to cuddle with your side chick or any girl that you're seeing but aren't that serious with?

/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 07:50 PM

Yes, I imagine there's a good chance I'd have to compromise in some way, especially since there's no real way of knowing a girls sexual past. Hopefully I don't have to compromise too much. Either that or just go after 18 and 19 year olds. You? About 10 or 11. 12 huh? Damn. Just shows how easy it is for women to get sex. I'm guessing by what you've said here you don't tell that number to guys irl?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 06:47 PM

When people like sex, they go out and have it. To be fair, purple princess does have a point. Women are not that great long term planners.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 06:36 PM
1

And if you're looking for a pretty girl with a low n count, then you're looking for a minority within a minority. Finding the right long term partner is serious business and is worth putting in the time and effort to find them anyway. A very sensible assessment. Sorry, is this sarcasm or something? I did mean women who have never engaged in casual sex, but even the ones who have had it once or twice and then stayed away would be nowhere near the level of women who are actively slutty. How many s…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 06:32 PM

I'm not saying most women only and ever have sex inside of relationships. yes they are a small minority but that minority is enough. Pretty girls make up a small minority of women, but there are enough of them. And event those women who have tried casual sex and found it's not for them would still have a low partner count. Not that bad. You can never be sure of someone's past sexual history Yes, that's the problem I agree. Some guys don't care though.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 06:25 PM
1

The low n count woman with a high libido is a fantasy that doesn't exist. There are girls who are very strict about not having sex outside of relationships, but still have a high sex drive and have sex with their long-term boyfriends quite often. So that's even more competition for you when it comes to guys wanting women who like sex but aren't interested in dating the sluttier ones. Sorry to burst your bubble.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 06:09 PM

They do tend to get significantly less picky once they reach their mid twenties and realize time is running out for finding a husband while her looks are still prime.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 04:37 PM
2

You aren't a guy. You don't hit on, approach or ask women out. You only get a real look at how picky women are from the point of view of a guy with his hooks in the water.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 04:34 PM
1

I am a decent catch, so I can get girls, but I don't have nearly enough success with women that a great guy like me should be getting. It makes me have to work harder than I should to get a decent success rate. Not because I'm not good enough, but because women are irrationally picky. They reject/ignore guys for the stupidest of reasons or for no reason at all. But if men are saying that all or most women as a whole have too high standards, then it's usually his problem, Wrong. The whole point o…
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 04:32 PM

Because women tend to be irrationally picky with men. Everyone has a right to be picky, but women take that to ridiculous lengths. An average woman expects a guy to be very attractive. An attractive woman expects a guy to be a god, knowing full well that a guy like that would have access to other women, prettier than her. Funny thing is, that combined with women's lack of self-awareness leads to them being lonely, whereas the guy she rejected can and will just go find another woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 04:04 PM

You're fucking insane if you think that's an apt comparison.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/01/17 03:08 AM

Your entire post is about smv, not looks, which is but one aspect of smv.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/17 03:44 PM

I do agree with you, but the thing you're missing is that for pretty much every guy out there who's had problems getting women, the thing holding him back was one or more of those five things that you listed as "exceptions". Therefore I wouldn't really call them exceptions. For example, you'd be surprised at the number of guys who's main obstacle to hooking up every weekend is that they never leave the house to actually socialize with women. So of course that will change if they actually started…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/17 12:42 PM

And what about you?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/17 02:49 PM

Have you ever had casual sex? Have you ever been with a good-looking woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/17 03:18 PM

That's not exactly standard. I know plenty of guys including myself who would readily fuck a girl who was "all beauty and no brains" but don't desire anything beyond that. Once you've slept with her, I just don't see the point of going into something more serious with her. It seems counterintuitive if her personality is bad.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/17 08:14 PM

Since you aren't responding to my comment are you trolling or what?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/17 07:36 PM

Problem with casual sex is that the women you are hooking up with don't really give a shit about you. They are having sex with you for the same reason you're having with them - they think you look good and so use you for their sexual gratificiation. After the sex, you're right back to being a total stranger to them. Of course, casual sex is still better than not being able to get sex when you want it, but it's not that great in its own right.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/17 07:36 PM

Wow, that's intense. I can understand why you dated him, since it's easy to see an attractive opposite-sex sibling of a good friend as dating material. Hell it's almost inevitable if both of you are single. At least your relationship was still good sometimes. What was the final straw for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/17 07:17 PM

You say you stayed with him due to being naive. How come you never left sooner due to simply being unhappy? Or were you happy at least some of the time, like a hot and cold relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/17 06:07 PM

To the majority of straight men almost any 18-20 year old girl, even if she's slightly obese, skinny or have slightly unproportional features, is more attractive/arousing than a 30 year old woman You see, that's where you're dead wrong. There are very few guys who see it this way. While women of course become less and less attractive as they age, they don't suddenly become monsters once they're no longer young anymore. Lol you never mentioned any of this in your post. I thought she was just a random woman you saw at the gym. Did you know her before you spoke to her that day?

Well direct approaches are a thing. They are known to work so approaching that way alone isn't weird. But I'll have to try your way the next time I see a hot older woman, but who knows when that will be. How do you know she wanted to go out with you? You never told us this in your original post. And why didn't she? Was she married or something?

Wow. I guess the with older women the key is to be less direct. I've direct approached older women before and got nothing but cold shoulders and weird looks like the idea of being hit on by a stranger and/or younger guy was inconceivable to them. Note that this rarely happens to me with younger girls. And here you are, approaching this woman who seems to be happy to be talking to you even after you showed interest and may have very well slept with you. Go figure

and that you're the most attractive guy ever to hit them up? Maybe not the most attractive, but the most...preselected? I think it's very possible.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
