9	advice needed It is important to remember that parenting time is based on the nights they spend at a residence, not how long you spend with the child. 1	Newly separated headed for divorce DO NOT MOVE OUT! At least not yet. Get a lawyer first, and see what they say you should do. In some places, if you move out voluntarily, you lose all rights to the property. Whilst it may be hard, and you will hurt for a while, it could be amicable. Doesn't sound like there has been any form of affair, or abuse, so other than her "leading you on" for the last 6 years, you can probably work this out to get the best outcome for your daughter.
