Yuppp Ive pretty much cured it. I dont focus on external stuff more or less just on internal and Ive let go of seeking outer fulfillment. Considering going to a monasterey when i get older. My therapist actually told me when I had one os just find hobbies you lile and accept being socially isoalted which I have.

I could feel bad about not having friends or in school etc but I realize itd be a waste of time as that stuff typically doesnt happen to someone with my mental condition so either hate it be sad all your life or learn to wmbrace it go on with your life find other things you enjoy

Ive been dealing with it, rather than comparemmyaelf to normal people unfairly I just do my own thing and find hobbies I enjoy. It usually helps.

Its all in synchronocity to science whether you do or not doesnt really matter in the long run. But I would NOT reccommend someone with a mental condition do it as that will only contaminate the gene pool.

Interesting, why do you allow that to influence you? I have let go of all negative blockages so as a result I am happier and have created an aura of zen. What do you suggest I read or watch? I honestly think everyones biology is different meaning different paths to take. Self mastery varies from person to person and you must do what you are biologically meant to do as well as spiritually, it varies involving celibacy or not.
