You could end up with an amazing family, but you could also end up with in a new abusive environment. 1	Felicia Mulkey, 33, pleaded guilty to one count of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child, one count of Super Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, and two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, and received two life sentences with no chance of parole.
