This post is a bit misguided. Instead of don't eat carbs/like a slave it should be avoid processed foods. Rice ain't bad. Oatmeal is great. Lobster used to be prison/slave food. Keto/paleo is awesome if you want to lose weight but to perform optimally in a sport/lifting carbs are necessary.
