I’ve taught myself (mainly through bartending at university) to be confident in one on one/two/three situations, and how to talk with strangers. Now I know that I’m likely to have a panic attack in a loud club, so I don’t go clubbing. I instead talk to people in parks, quiet bars and sometimes the gym.
