It wasnt hard to prove, i just took it to pre trial and took no deals. At that point the crown has to lay out its case to proceed and they withdrew the charges after reading the charges in court actually. The judge even admonished the crown, police and her it was an epic day for me. I was mostly charged because i stood up to the cops and they didnt like me for it lol. I still had to go through the system and it sucked the life out of me so i feel what he feels.
