Finally somebody makes a comment talking about men's outdated sexual desire. It's the reason we are such a successful species, but it is also counterproductive to a man's wealth, well-being, happiness, joy, etc.

And you aren't a sexy woman unless you are 18% bodyfat with big hips, bust, glamorous hair, and clear skin. Pimples and frizzy hair are a turn off, ladies. And don't forget that you gotta be willing and able to cook, clean and rub my back if you ever want to get into these pants. If this ain't you, put in the effort before you decide to send me a msg. Or just don't bother at all.

Spent time with a good fellow co worker today. He and I talked for literally 7-8 hours at his place about life. I really like your idea about having a chat room or thread dedicated to just talking about our days and maybe our goals and if we reached them I really need an accountability partner and somebody I can talk about goals with. Somebody I can bounce ideas off of and think about the future with.

20 year old male here. Let me tell you now that it is okay to have relationships. Having dudes you spend time with is not dangerous. Just don't get too emotionally attached or reliant on them to be there for you, because there will be times you will be disappointed, so don't expect it. Happiness= Reality MINUS Expectations

You have to detach yourself from them. Being attached to a person emotionally or for validation gives them power over you, and MGTOW is all about detaching from others and gaining freedom of thought, free time, and financial freedom. Bust out of those chains. Delete social media. Put your phone out of the room. Focus doing something that makes time go out the window, but try to keep it productive. Video games, drugs, or partying are not what I mean. I mean hobbies, interests, business ideas, etc…

The thought of not going down the marriage and family path made me have to re-think my life, part of my motivation to workout and my purpose. It is a decision to be different and not go the way all of the other people I know are going. It's like not going to college and becoming a business owner, or dropping out of school or quitting a job and traveling the world. It isn't a thing people do very often. Yes, MGTOW is significant in the community, but it is not yet mainstream as far as I can tell …

The hard part is ridding your mind of the engrained ideas about dating being the "normal" thing to do, and being comfortable without it. Most people aren't red pilled, and so I find that conversing with them about dating leads me to thinking from my blue pill perspective, while still having the red pill ideas sitting in my mind but not being expressed. It's been a significant amount of work to take daily red pills to educate myself on real female nature, and to rid my mind of the idea that datin…

We are a successful species because our bodies and brains wired us men to be able to fall for women and willing to build an entire world for them, to preserve and get with them in bed. Hypergamy filters for winners, whether it be genetics, status, or wealth. That's a damn good strategy of how to grow a species. The only problem is that our species has no safeguard once being too successful. The individual person doesn't care about the environment or other factors any more than they do more signi…

I had a course of Oneitis cases throughout highschool, but they never turned into anything. Funny enough, I actually quit hardcore gaming as a highschool freshman and started working on grades because this one girl I had Oneitis for made me feel like I was running away from my life because she seemed like an angel out of my reach. And I wanted a relationship with her. It never went past a social media conversation, but now I am post high school and red pilled. Working a job, Lifting weights, wor…

Putting your emotional dependence into a person gives that person power over you. It is absolutely possible to enjoy a relationship without being afraid to lose it, and being willing to move on should things get out of hand.

You could work at a mechanic shop for a little while and learn how they run their business. Then you could leave and start your own mechanic shop. You could use and improve on what other mechanic shops do. I know that there are plenty of things to improve about mechanics shops. I have been ripped off plenty of times by well known mechanics who charge outrageous prices simply because they have lots of business. Please change that.

Same. Parents married 36 years (I think). They don't even argue. They are happy, and my Mom doesn't nag very much. She is an exception to the system. Perhaps it is because she was raised and socialized in an environment that pressured her for monogamy, and only monogamy. Just observing and listening to other females today, I am in no way about to jump on the relationship train. We have allowed women in society to dictate what is right or wrong. That's the big mistake we made. The paradigm: "A woman knows what is best for the family" is BS. But somehow it has come this far.

I guess he is saying that men like a woman that is inexperienced or unsure of herself because that is where we can step in and be confident and bring her alongside us, which makes us feel more like men.

You brought up a very interesting point. Men are trying to be masculine, but falling short according to WOMEN'S STANDARDS. Why do we follow women's definition of masculinity, instead of our own? A woman telling a man what is masculine puts the power in her hands. Lately I have been following my own idea of what masculinity is. And let me tell you that masculinity is inherent in a man. It is the way he is. Not the way he SHOULD act. Wearing house slippers while doing groceries doesn't make you le…

In my opinion, I think you are a bit off. I don't think there is a pressure to look good for men because of societal standards. I think there is a desire to get with a high value man, and a lot of competition for high value men among women. Hence, women compete by inflating their smv as much as possible, especially when they will get attention from men for it.
/r/MGTOW18/11/19 07:51 AM

And pleasing men is contradictory to the "strong and independent" women that they are supposed to be, as told by feminism and spread by the media.

If nothing you or I do really matters in the grand scheme of things, we are not important or significant in the world. Nothing we do is really going to matter that much. Knowing this, and internalizing our insignificance will bring the realization that all that is left to care about is how we spend our own time while we have it. Financial freedom buys you back your time. That's worth pursuing. But most importantly, doing the things you enjoy doing, with or without the people who's company you en…

"I used to think the worst thing in life is to end up all alone. It's not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel alone." -Robin Williams You gotta realize that there is a big difference between loneliness and solitude. It is great to enjoy the company of people you enjoy being around, but you should also be able to enjoy the peace of mind that solitude brings. There is no substitute for it. Having good friends you spend time with often is what provides a good balance…

Rollo Tomassi had a similar situation with his highschool sweet heart. A morbidly obese blonde woman looked at him like she saw a friend that she hadnt seen in years. Was so excited to see him. He was in awe. For the first time in his life he was speechless. This woman used to be some gorgeous highschool (it might have been college) chick that would date around and was super popular. I have seen the superficial kindness and friendly behavior that women present in social situations as a front, only because it will gain them something, whether it be attention, reputation for being a "good person", or something else. For guys, this friendly behavior or kind manner is often performed because they feel that this is how they are supposed to act. Or perhaps they are just insecure with being genuine to others, so they fake a smile. Regardless, guys don't do it for personal gain. Wom…

What I see: The King in this video is framed as having toxic masculinity. The woman is framed as being the underdog hero who removes the toxic King's power by removal of his crown. She doesn't wear it, because she doesn't want to "turn into him". She could also symbolize as being the Robinhood of equality and freedom (in real life she would be just another post wall feminist waving a "women's rights" flag). Every feminist watching this video would relate to it and would be smiling and look up to…

Men love women in an idealistic way. Women love men in an opportunistic way. Yes, it's true... Women are beauty (sexual) objects to men. It is ALSO true that men are success objects to women. What do a dudes friends ask him when he gets a gf? "What does she look like?" What do a chicks girlfriends ask her when she gets a bf? "What does he do?" In order to gain something in life (freedom), you must give something up (relationships with women, especially LTRs). It's a trade, and it takes some people longer than others to see through the blue pill fog and realize the benefits of MGTOW.

There are a lot of others truths out there to discover. I think one of the main ways to learn these things is to expand your awareness of things. And I believe the best way to do that is to read, whether it be fiction, non fiction, or whatever. There are often truths in books that are not popular. For example, The Rational Male is not popular on reading lists for non-fiction, but it is eye opening. Keep the eyes open, and observe. Taking a keen interest in the world around us is a powerful thing…

Dude, stand your ground. She did raise you, but it's your fucking money, and you owe her none of it. You worked for it, and it is rightfully yours. How dare she make you feel like she deserves to be spoiled by you. That is called female entitlement. And it is much more common in girlfriends than mom's. "Why can't/won't you do/buy this for me? All you care about is yourself. You are selfish, uncaring, insensitive, cold-hearted, etc." Women try to use men as ATMs to get things they want that they …

Why the fuck did the woman walk away with the kid after this happened? She didn't even give the kid back to the old person. And I didn't even see the old person shake the dude's hand with a "thank you gesture". The even more disturbing part is that if a guy walks past this incident and doesn't do anything, he will feel bad and be shamed for not doing anything to help. Somebody might even come up with a reason to arrest a guy for not helping when he could have. It's very frustrating that the woma…

Read it all. I feel you dude. I am not in your situation, but I can understand how you feel. Women don't have to be accountable for their actions because they reserve the right to change their mind. But men are logical and therefore we are held accountable and changing our minds means we are indecisive, which isnt "how a man should be". Double standard is a bitch. First of all, I did not say anything about the treatment of kids making a parent disrespectful. How you want to raise your kids is your choice. I am giving my thoughts on how my parents raised me. My parents would rather they came home to me playing video games or watching TV as a kid than coming home from the park playing with a stick.
