I personally think the term can apply to hateful sexist women as well. I remember a few years ago apparently there was. Group of women in London who were campaigning to actually make the words misandry and misandrist be considered a hateful word against women and I'm sure they said it was something like it's just used to undermine genuine issues was there reasoning.
