Are y'all natty? I've been lifting for more than a year and granted have had some injuries that have slowed me down, but I don't see myself ever getting big enough without Roids. A shoulder injury and cutting seems to have removed nearly all of my past year of gains. I am 39 and just can't seem to pack on the muscle.

What you need to do is to do exactly what you want, don't think about her pleasure, pain or whatever. Just manhandle her, pull her hair, choke her, spank her, slap your d on her face.
