Just remember that it's common practice to dox "redpillers" in this day and age. It would be wise to delete those photos.

On the comments: ____marlasinger 8 points 9 hours ago These comments are so ridiculous that I thought I stumbled into the redpill there for a second. The girl is asking for advice and everyone is just saying "Well it's your fault! Stop whining like a little bitch!" WTF? Regardless of standards threatening to break up with someone because they won't do what you ask IS controlling behavior and I doubt that is the first time he's used ultimatums to get what he wants. Wear what you want OP. I've been…

Another great lesson by Kai Greene: Don't fuck a grapefruit on camera. This shit will hunt your for the rest of your life. On a serious note, try to keep a respectable image of yourself. There is a reason Kai don't won, and will not win the Mr. Olympia.

You are very likely using your entire bodyweight in the formula. You are supposed to use only the weight of your fat mass. For example, you are 189lbs @ 22% bodyfat. Your fat mass is 41,58lbs. The maximum safe caloric deficit for you is 1288,98 kcal. Another example, you are 189@ 10% bodyfat. Your fat mass is 18,9lbs. The maximum safe caloric deficit for you is 585,9 kcal.

... and calories out is a function of the type of food you eat. Protein metabolism consumes a lot of energy by itself, for example. To a lesser degree. In the end of the day it is just a matter of adjust the thermic effect of food. You are not negating Cal. in, Cal. out, you are just making it more precise. There's also the matter of satiety. Fat is satiating, carbs not nearly as much, sugar not at all. Satiety is a matter of diet adherence. With the amount of protein and fiber i recommended, an…

Johndoe quick newbie guide to nutrition: Body composition: Body weight is calories in, calories out. Plain and simple. Body composition is - in the nutrition side of things - a result of the macronutrient in your diet. Keep protein intake at 1,5~2,0 g/kg of Lean body mass. Keep fiber intake at 10g per 1000kcal ingested. The amount of fats and carbs - besides a minimum of fats required for hormonal reasons- is highly determined by personal preference. The maximum caloric deficit recommended is gi…
