You're leaving this job and going away. Just ask her out. You have an immediate in because you're leaving the job you both work at and she's definitely gonna be interested in hearing about your volunteering abroad. If she rejects you? Sure it'll suck since you're obviously vibing her but it won't be awkward since you're leaving this job. You literally have nothing to lose just by outright asking her out after work and taking it from there

It's cliched but fake it till you make it. Message them, be humorous and don't seem needy. Just fake the confidence over Tinder and fake it when you meet them in person. Easier said then done I know but you gotta put yourself out there. You're not gonna be a pro overnight and you'll have to deal with rejection

Focusing on the rejection does nothing to better you. When I was in the game if I had my thinking revolve around the rejection of a chick I really wanted to fuck I never would've banged all the other chicks I did. You learn the lesson from the rejection and move on
