Downvoted this garbage. This is the most terrible advice in the world due to many reasons. Own everything you do, and try everything. Fucking up is fun, experiencing new things is invaluable. Nobody wants a perfect dude. People want dudes who can be real.

I still indulge in games, yet I consider myself far along the TRP journey. Hopefully without sounding too arrogant, here is my take: The way I see it, as long as you can enjoy videogames mindfully and without binging, then its alright. It's also important to pick games that aren't digital crack. Many online multiplayer games, mobile games or rpgs focus on awarding the player with in-game status in intervals designed to be the most addictive. Pick games where you can play it for the story or inno…

Sucks to hear about your situation. However with your attitude, and having found TRP at an early age I have no doubt that you can reach monumental heights. Stay strong

Thanks for the read. I also used to identify with being a gamer, almost being proud of it. Here is my story in short. Got friend zoned hard in collage, made a scene, all that jazz (the girl who friendzoned me was a classic nerdy but hot girl who manipulates bluepill gamers). I did some introspection, and while I did not find the TRP until years later, I realized that hitting the gym equals discipline and babes. I hit the gym hard. I get a girlfriend. I get confident, but I still identified with …

That's hilarious! I inserted grams instead of percentage. I meant 40% carbs 30% protein 30% fat

Appreciate the post, I am experimenting on my diet and I hope you can take the time to answer a question I have. My main lifts are really good and I am ready to start a cut. I'm interested in trying the CarbNite, then Carb Back Load combo If I were to do the CarbNite diet for say 8 weeks, should I keep the calorie count always at around 400 under? Then when I start the Carb back load, I should keep calories above, but how long is it reasonable to do carb back load for the top insulin sensitivity…

haha, man that's what I am saying. When texting I am the biggest beta I indeed prefer phone calls, but text is good for logistics, where and when to meet etc. Do you never text? I imagine you miss out on pussy

Can I give a suggestion to your writing? Don't rely on negative words like "Stop". It is a proven fact that the subconscious mind does not realize the difference between "stop being lazy" and "be lazy". For example make "Stop missing out on the beauty of small moments" into "appreciate the beauty of small moments".

If you've gone 30 days surely you must have noticed the changes? Somebody at nofap put it pretty well. I'll paraphrase. If you imagine fapping being you "fulfilling your biological imperative" then what happens is that you tranquilize yourself every time you fap because your brain thinks you've lived your purpose. In a sense, the lights in your head dim down. Most of us live lives where we are used to this dim light. Once you go 90 days (for others its longer) without masturbation or porn, these…

Assuming you have your shit together, at 30 you would be: -Considerably wealthy, easy if you're single and not buying stuff, how wealthy depends on how strong your desire is and how much you party in your twenties vs how much you worked on your business or getting education. -solid frame, with a wealth of experience assuming you're living by TRP principles in your twenties, socializing and reading books being the most important in my opinion -Physical prime, you've had your twenties to figure ou…

Just came back from a vacation. Made the most of it and had a good sleep schedule. No phone, talked to strangers all the time without even thinking about it. Now, back to the apartment, I am still on my PC at noon, doing my "essential" morning coffee and reading routine. Self-improvement is masturbation.

Always good to read stuff like this. Keep on trucking! Don't ever get comfortable or else you will regress just like the mongolians who conquered the world, and then started living luxurious lifestyles. Set goals and make them big, see yourself achieving them.

I had the same situation of a girl that has close proximity to my circles asking me out. Out of shitty drama in the past, I avoid this situation. You don't want people around you to know you are plating girls. Betas and girls will shame you. Really close bros that are your equals (lift, dedicated, plates girls), these type of guys are the only ones who should know that you are plating. A big blue pill aspect that can be hard to unlearn is the ego boost of showing you have a girlfriend or some sh…

Yes, because he becomes a sith, so according to this analogy, he basically becomes a woman, and women hate women. Women hate Betas. That said, I do not agree with this analogy. Women are attracted to unbreakable men, but the sith aren't attracted to Jedi.

Yes, though a bit simple, you're right. Read Psycho Cybernetics, to see why you're right, understand how the mind works and pick up the tools to recreate your self image in 21 days. The guy who wrote the book was at first a plastic surgeon who noticed how peoples personalities changed after having plastic surgery, even though most of them didn't even need surgery. Their self image just sucked. He then went into psychology to explore how important self image is on how we behave, and he discovered…

I've been doing stand up for about a year. Doing it is a great way to force myself to expand and grow. But aside from getting a better wit and more charismatic demeanor, I also discovered the valuable lesson that you also are talking about in this post. Be authentic. I'd go on stage and people wouldn't laugh and it's because I came off as a phony. I would tell crude dirty jokes, without owning it. I came across as a guy who says what he thinks others will find funny, and trying to emulate a diff…

You can change everything about your personality. The mental is malleable. Fact. There is no genetic factor that makes you a sub par sales man. Go out, do stand up comedy or improv, develop your improvisational skills. The only reason white guys seem better at that is due to outside influences. Your toxic attitude is not fit for TRP. These excuses make me wanna throw up. Your limiting beliefs are holding you down, just the same as 90% of the white population is held down by it. Your world view i…

No problem bro. Honestly anybody could crush it over here. In addition to having largely a population of blue pill men, the gender ratio is also unbalanced. There are 4 million more women in Japan than men. I'll get around to making a comprehensive write up soon, thanks for your encouragement.

Rent a car, take 4 days out of springtime or autumn, and drive around the country. Make sure to go off the highways, or avoid tunnels where you can, for the most scenic routes. My favorite is the vastness of the southern part of the country. Tourist season is during the summer.

I'm from Iceland. I don't live in Iceland. The stereotype may be that women from Iceland are blond goddesses (and there are a number of those). However, due to reasons that were very well outlined by the author here, men in Iceland are battling and AMOG'ing for the worst scraps you can imagine. Most men in Iceland lift and are high status, but due to the culture, you need to be blue and lock down a relationship if you have any hopes of getting laid. The country is also drunk off of feminism. (wo…

I live in Japan and can tell you that women here are absolutely deprived of alpha cock. Japan is however incredibly xenophobic so people will always criticize you. It's great for building frame and not giving a fuck about people staring, but a trap that many (arguably beta)foreigners fall into is that they build resentment through it. Any TRP man however will thrive in this environment. Globalization kinda works against you here though I'm afraid. White people are considered beautiful in East As…

Gaming is fine if it gives you some value. Just keep it in check. Deep Work is a great book about structuring your work habits and it preaches cutting out shit like social media. In this book, a system that I like is having a "working mode" where self imposed deadlines to do stuff before 5pm trains you to be able to meet that and work more efficiently. After 5pm you do a "shut down" ritual, a grand gesture to tell yourself that now leisure time starts. After 5pm is you can do online gaming, go o…

I can sympathise and it happens to me sometimes too. The problem is that you're overly conscious and self critical. What helps me is the methods outlined in Maxwell Maltz's psycho cybernetics. Creative visualisation. Imagine yourself as being the most social guy ever and also practice at home. Your brain will get a blueprint to follow during social situations and won't keep actively self reflecting what to do next, and instead just enjoy the flow.

Yeah man. I found some Louis CK on youtube from the 80's and he's just average. Professional comedians spend tons of time writing jokes and practicing. Just like how a professional musician will have to spend loads of time practicing and rehearsing. If you get better the more you do, then it's a skill, being funny is a skill

Leadership and public speaking skills go hand in hand. A leader needs to maintain ultimate frame. It all goes hand in hand. Keep it up bro! Like any skill it can deteriorate.

Even the great comedians are prepared to fail. In being prepared for it, you don't fear it. Think of each joke as an isolated battle. If one joke fails, just move on to the next.

Do it! Take with you the mantra "I'm prepared to fail", as you will fail. This is another benefit of stand up, even the most experienced guys are prepared to fail and therefore they don't fear failure. It's important you try again and again. Do stand up once a month. Prepare 5 mins of material with many laugh points. Generally you will want to have a laugh point every 6 seconds. Think of each laugh point as an isolated battle. If they don't laugh, you just move on. This is a great skill you will…

I also do stand up and I wholeheartedly agree with this post. I've given the same advice to others before because there simply is no better way to improve your frame, than doing stand up. “According to most studies, people's number one fear is public speaking. Number two is death. Death is number two. Does that sound right? This means to the average person, if you go to a funeral, you're better off in the casket than doing the eulogy.” ― Jerry Seinfeld A great quote from one of the comedy greats…

Great post! It summarizes things that I have been working on for improving myself most recently. If anybody here has been like me, feeling turned off by your own voice, then, I can recommend a book called the complete vocal technique by Cathrine Sadolin. Good on you, take the steps you deem important. But! No need to ditch old friends necessarily.. Anybody you meet should be judged on more than just the alphaness of their presentation. You may often find yourself in a workplace with someone who is more knowledgeable than you, but said person is not successful in social situations. This doesn't make him any less worth listening to. Knowledge won't change who you internally are. Internalizing red pill mentality without faking it will take much longer than you think. Until then, there will be frustrations. Popular media isn't a good medium on which to base a society on. I know what you're talking about and sadly, "putting forth the effort" translates into "do well in school and you will succeed". They also have a saying, "the nail that sticks out gets hammered down". Conformity is the way of life in Japan, regardless of the stuff popular media is preaching. Japan is a terrible example and should not be put fourth ad a positive. The Japanese society is full on blue pill through decades of establishment indoctrination. "Teamwork built the country, make no effort to stand out or excell beyond your peers." just study, get a good job and then you'll be awarded a good woman and family. This is very insightful and looking back on my own experience, this could actually be the case. I recently spent 9 months in Japan and as a result of the environment, dairy products were hard to come by and most of my carbs were from white rice. Great post. It's a different angle on how I see it, but ultimately teaches the same principles. In social situations, being needy is the worst mindset possible. When you're needy, you're trying to get people to like you and the shit you say is made in an attempt to get a reaction which comes off as painfully obvious. When you're needy, and talking to that girl, she will sense it. Instead, just make it your goal to have fun and give love to people. Focusing outwards like you said, is another way …

Long answer: Read more TRP reading material from the sidebar. Becoming alpha is a marathon, not a sprint. Short answer: Abundance mentality. She's testing you. She wants you to beg her for sex. Sex is something women can use to control men, once you disarm that then she has nothing. Passing this test means, you say "ok" then radio silence. Highly recommend this documentary. It introduced me to Wilhelm Reich who is simply awesome. Believes in the power of the orgasm. Basically, he was preaching "she just needs to get laid" in psychology terms. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilhelm_Reich He is a psychoanalyst who worked to prove many "red pill truths". MGTOW Sort of. Culturally "the wall" is not even a secret here. Everybody knows if you don't marry before 30 you most likely wont. Herbivore men in Japan are in most cases men that got past that wall without marrying. Since girls are in a hurry to marry before 30, they won't even look at a guy who is above that age. Marriage in Japan forces the man to be the provider and the woman will be expected to be a housewife. Working a full time job required to provide for a family then forces the man to …

Friend, don't feel sad. Every man serves a purpose in society. Instead, be happy that these men are filling the roles that society depends on to keep the gears turning. It would be a messy world if all men were unplugged. It is each and every man's own responsibility to find the red pill, so don't preach ever.
