First of all, suicide isn't a crime. Secondly, whether or not the action you take is a crime is irrelevant to the logic of the situation. What you're saying is that I'm accountable for your actions when you do something bad, but I'm don't get a reward for your actions when you do something good. Look at the logic; this isn't fair.

It's the same logic. If I'm going to face the consequences for when I tell you to do something and it ends badly, then it's only fair that I should share the spoils when I tell you to do something and it ends well.
