1	How to build your career: Just like there is an untalked about rules in relationships, there are also untalked about rules to a career. If he has 0 experience, then it would be ridiculous to apply for something he is not qualified for... Aim high would mean to tell an "average joe" to shoot for the most realistic goal and figure out a way to get to said goal. Shoot for the sky when the ceiling is x amount of feet.
