I said there was discrimination and there is because there is no legitimate reason to believe there are not enough qualified or capable women out there to do the job. There are no statistically significant differences in terms of capabilities in non physical endeavors and yet women are not equally represented in business leadership. IQ distribution between sexes is even so that point is flat out false (men excel at certain parts and women at others but numbers are even). The women don't make as much because they don't get promoted as highly, this is something to discuss and correct. Read the title more carefully.
