You have to understand that you can die just outside your house, not some far away in Asia. When you pass out locals will most likely help you. I will just drop here BodyByRings made by Daniel Vadnal. Great program and much harder than usual pull-ups, push-ups etc. That is what a call a full potential of bodyweight exercises, not doing some lunges and lame sit-ups.
