Oh man i can relate to this been a huge pothead for the lst 3 years, i remember the first few weeks without smoking, no apetite , sleep was hard, felt depressed and lonely, but i had to stop i didnt have the discipline to smoke occasionally, for me smoking weed made me okay with doing nothing, which is unacceptable when you have goals and dreams you want to achieve. Meditation is truly something i feel you should pickup if your swallowing the red pill.

Amatuer boxer here, find you self a gym man you need a trainer yo teach you the fundamentals and you definitely need mit work, you dont have to be a fighter but a gym that trains fighters and does like cardio classes too would be best , and boxing is great went from 180 to 140-145 nice lean well defined muscles learned discipline and how to be himble

Spot on stuff right here i remember before i started boxing i was 180 pounds with moobs, remember crying after my first sparring session but i kept working and Got down to 141 best shape of my life. After winning and losing in front a blood thirsty crowd the bullshit people say doesnt matter anymore
