If so, they could easily stop digital communications and just meet in person to not leave any evidence. Example: They agree to meet up Tuesday and Thursday for "Lunch". Now what they do during that time is whether or not they have privacy. If he still works there I would put a voice activated recorder in the car for a few weeks.
