Fine with me, I’ll keep building my SMV and lifting. This ties into the whole “body acceptance” bullshit narrative where you have obese women and skinny cucks being told they’re perfectly fine and sexy. Put me next to a little skinny bitch who’s vegan and women know who’s the real man.

I actually enjoy my small frame at the moment, here's why. Fat dudes who lift are still fat dudes. But being smaller and lifting you'll eventually get definition which anyone will notice when they look at you. It's visually appealing and slim fit clothing will outline your triceps, chest, and arms very well. The hardest part I think is eating enough to build quality muscle.

That's actually funny because at 19 I still have my braces too! I get mine off in a month though.

As a white guy looking in, I would say lifting is the strongest point about establishing a sense of masculinity as an Indian/Asian. There's definitely a lack of physical masculinity in those cultures and I feel like Asian men have went along with it and haven't challenged it. I think the whole workout culture and sports plays a large role in this but Asian men are …

There's only 2 people I have continual problems with. I'm actually very respected at work and am known to be very kind and positive in general. Only reason those 2 have problems is because they've been around for years and I got promoted twice in less than a year. I don't plan to by tyrannical I just felt like my approach with these people needed to be stern in order to get my point across.

Yep definitely this. Customers can be complete assholes but being rude back or annoyed only escalates things. Best approach is to listen to them and then explain how you can take care of it in a positive way. Just be confident and charismatic and you can defuse a lot of bad situations fast. most of the time customers can be reasoned with but never give into the ones who essentially demand compensation. They're not entitled to that most of the time and they'll continue to come in and demand the s…

Good advice, yes there is definitely a fine balance. I don't generally resort to write ups but sometimes when nothing else breaks through you just have to set them straight.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
