Hey good for you for being so enthusiastic about improving. That's great energy! Just remember it's a lifestyle change so and there's always some growing pains, but the most important is to keep that enthusiasm and the end goal in sight and get to it little by little one day at a time. Big help for me is the concept of no "zero progress" days, if you wanna look that up

I shall play the devil's advocate here: This was very hard to read and felt like it was written by a 14 year old; nearly 2500 words and you didn't even get to the "F-Closing 2 hours later". As for the tips and advice, I can't disagree. Be confident, be fun, talk to everyone, tease, etc.

I'm having trouble imagining how you frame a forehead bump. If she's already complacent enough for you to be bumping foreheads, I assume you've already escalated quite a bit. Are you already one on one with her pinned to a wall in a about-to-be-smooching position or are you still chatting and hitting it off and you spontaneously headbutt her?
