The good thing about team sport is it an oasis of masculinity in a desert of apathy. All my uncles played football, all happily married. All my aunts married footballers, all happily married. All male cousins play football, all naturally alpha. On Christmas Eve two of my cousins walked in on the ex dressed as a sexy miss Claus, trying to get their older brother back. They were telling it late evening on Christmas, joking about how desperate she was. Pretty brutal, easily believed through an RP l…

A good read here is the Book of Pook. Literally hits the thing you are hitting. NO DOUBT your SMV is high, but unless you make yourself and your body language sexual, flirt, show your intentions and interests, many girls won't know you are available, so you probably scare off a lot of the <8s, who go for a man who they know they won't get rejected by

Agree. If you are lifting 4+ times a week you won't lose strength as long as you hit protein macros from my experience as well, and you will feel so bloody hungry. When you don't exercise it is easy to lose weight, but much of it is lean body mass. When you are working out and eating well (getting some cats and enough protein) your body will be demanding you to eat, and if you want to cut it takes some will power. I was only cutting maybe a kilo a week, but didn't lose any strength, and after 2 …

Read Book of Pook. Sure there are rules, but use them however you want to get into the situation you want. TRP won't tell you which situation is better, it just tells you how to read the situation

I like Trump because the mainstream candidates are so predictable. Obama has only extended military commitment, like Bush before him, whereas Trump seems like he might spend just as much, but he won't throw it everywhere unless it is in America's interest. @sodainthewatercup6 Do you really think Hilary or any other republican candidate is going to be willing to stir the water? Trump can, because he already has his money, Republicans have to endorse him otherwise Democrats will win. Anyone that t…

Yep, its about teaching them the way the game works, because its not what we were taught. After you read a hundred or so examples, you start picking it up more from day to day, and you finally see the undercurrents of conversation that you were blind to before. I can still remember this SJW that seemed like every other SJW, but after knowing him for about 9 months I finally realised that he just KNOWS how the game works, and is playing it. I kinda made a mistake because I saw MGTOW before TRP, a…

I like this post. However, I would say that this combination of MGTOW/red pill is monk mode. I think monk mode is not specific, snf just abstaining from girls and not practising your social skills isn't going to help. It should be a period of developing new skills, still approaching, building good habits etc. Also well done on your training, building a body might make others respect you, but you do it for yourself

Sometimes I reckon this is the difference between men and women. They mature earlier, so they have to figure some shit out. They also talk more, so they find out what other girls are doing/ what they're plans are for kids and family. And so we guys think that our future will just happen by itself. So girls are probably like, Im going to get married by here, start having kids here, and they are thinking HARD about these things, whereas guys finish development later, peak later, and generally are …

One of my best friends, whos whole family are conservative Christians, and one of the few families where I would have said Christianity "works", mother just cheated on the husband with the parish priest, who also had a wife, and then gallivanted off to another state with him. They were married for 28 years, 5 children (1 adopted)... Christianity was useful back in the day, but there is no point playing by the rules if the other gender isn't

I was thinking about making a post on him... Just look at all his replies/comments... So bloody sad, I was trying to link it to an older post talking about all the tactics women use, and he basically was one. We were talking about anime, which is pretty much devoid of alpha traits, but yeah agree with you. Same with books, if they are mainstream you will see the hamster at work even with male authors... Yeah, this made me think of a MGTOW post, monk mode, or similar. The way I see it though, as opposed to being BP and blaming the world for your problems, you build yourself up and bring only feel responsible for your own happiness, including having no need to rely on women to make you feel happy, unless it is worth the effort These things alone should give you a high SMV than most, and if every man did it, the world would likely be a better place, women would be held to a higher standard, and wo…

It has soy protein in it. "A new soy protein isolate adds improved digestion, smoother texture, and a more robust amino acid profile." Though you're right about where the name comes from, I read the ingredients before I said I was against soy... Lol, debating about diet brings out the worst in us :P

Wasn't talking necessarily about soylent price wise, was talking about food in general. You don't have to buy "health foods" to be healthy. That said, I am personally against soy, because it generally gets a bad rap about lowering T not improving muscle mass as much, but I know big people who use soy :P http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24015719

Diet is probably the only thing I don't 100% agree with, but that is up to the individual, and it is certainly better than the shit someone who is 17%+ bf is eating. If it is hard on your wallet, a good start would be cutting sugar completely, and limiting carbs (rice, potatoes...). Milk is pretty cheap, and has good amounts of protein and other nutrition, and intermittent fasting can go a long way in helping you lean up without compromising lean body mass and strength, and probably one of the b…

I think it's a preference. Personally I enjoy watching sports, such as football and tennis, and I think it has something to do with playing the said sport, and respecting the level of skill and the amount of dedication needed to achieve that level of skill. It's like when you see a guy in the gym squatting 3 times his body weight. You pause while they're doing it, and you respect that shit. For me at least there is a sort of healthy envy, where you see others succeeding and it motivates you to t…

True abundance mentality and confidence will completely contradict the insecurity the guys you went with had. The prevailing mentality should be "we're all gonna make it bruh", and if a guy has to revert to covert cock blocking bullshit to make himself feel better, he must be pretty pathetic

I've been thinking recently that I should stop going on TRP, and the internet in general, simply because of diminishing returns I get from reading it now I've spent 100+ hours reading it and other related material, I'm not getting as much out of it as I was at the start, and I do use it for procrastination. While this solution might not be the right answer, I don't think it would be the wrong one, and any form of dependence it not good

I agree with you in many ways. I feel like much RP stuff is logic and what one would assume, so if we hadn't been lied to consistently throughout our upbringing we would have come to many of the same conclusions, and that's a part of the reasons why previous generations were so much better at at forming lasting meaningful relationships. Today many of us were brought up being told the wrong rules, but when they come here, they are impressionable and think that what the sexually successful people …

TBH feels like most of your blue pill mates are cunts and don't respect you. I remember reading a bit of Rollo, and he said about plate theory that making yourself scarce makes you seem in demand, increasing your SMV. And if you actually are successful, and not just ignoring the phone, then you are indeed successful and you won't waste your time with bad company. I also agree with Lefeudufou, in that in that social group, there is little benefit derived from acting RP. Sure, remain unapologetic,…

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12077732 Scientific proof that a low carb diet will increase lean body mass and decrease fat mass. They say there isn't a hormone effect, but seeing they lost more fat they were obviously in caloric deficit, which is catabolic in of itself and maybe if they were energy neutral their Testosterone and other anabolic hormones would have been higher

How tall are you and how much do you weigh? What are your hobbies? So far I am picturing you are pretty skinny and a bit boring from your post. While TRP is about sexual strategy, I myself came from a MGTOW approach to your life where you earn respect by the things you do, and the rest just builds around a solid foundation. However, I was still young and wasnt about to live and die by the V-Card, so TRP has been very useful to me too, and its gotten to the stage I have the body, confidence and c…

I very much agree with this. One of my good mates lived with his Dad, but he was working 50 hours a week, and he was in a car accident so he had limited use on one side of his body, and my friend inevitably got into trouble in school etc. I think now they're closer now that hes older, but I can't imagine a disabled single mother being forced out into the workplace

I don't think I have ever said "red pill" aloud, and I also delete my browser history occasionally :P There is one guy who I've gotten to know more throughout this year, and he also deletes his browser history, already lifts (nearly 500lb deadlift, 300lb bench), and he shows some skill at game. Heavier the better while maintaining low body fat. For you 155 is certainly attainable, after that you have to push it to gain more strength. Find stronger dudes in the gym and ask for advise lifting, and really get into squatting and dead-lifting, they are the best muscle builders and increase T the most, which will compliment any work you do on your upper body
/r/askTRP01/09/15 01:44 PM

6'5 220lb lean coming in. Define "lifted". If that means pushups and body weight squats, that doesnt count. If you are well off financially then you should be able to get a gym membership, and with that you could hit a pretty lean 155lb easily without gear. While taller people undoubtedly have an advantage, we will never proportions someone your height can/will (My arms/chest will never be amazing) Once you go on gear you either stay on gear, or you regress, just a word of warning

Yeah, there are plenty of half-way there guys, and while I dish some RP advise to my mates, I know there is a boundary I can't ever push them across, and I fear that by making them half-way decent I am actually reducing their need to make the leap themselves :/

I agree with point 3 especially. If you are committed to playing high level sport, it will be easier to follow much of the others. I'm 6'5 and was 190lb back in March, and then decided to start playing Aussie Rules again. Now I'm 222lb and nearly just as lean, but certainly more fit and athletic, and am debuting in NEAFL tomorrow. My only regret is that I had decided to start pre-season back in December rather than March, would have been able to play more of the season.

I see, I believe I may have had too little understanding of the concept. It does sound interesting, and it would be survival of the fittest, emphasising natural and comparative advantage, so while it wouldn't be equitable, it would be relatively fair while maximising productivity

Anarcho-Capitalism I obviously haven't looked into it very much yet, but the problems I do see are companies getting monopolies on certain industries, and then corruption and anti-competitive practices becoming the main way to move up in a world where that exists. I'm not saying its the worst, but it would be all too easy for hard work and success to be cheated out of in that setting for my liking

As long as they have the same standards as men, then I dgaf, but the fact is they won't, so any job that involves physical effort will put more strain on the guy because the girl is 110-130 pounds and won't be expected to keep up with 180-240lb guy.
