It’s really annoying. It’s like most of the stuff I see is just blatant sexism.

Other posts on here and the general vibe of some comments come off as very anti women, in my opinion.

Would be saying the same thing if it was a bunch of dudes out there.

Islam is no more or less inherently dogmatic and barbaric than any other religion. But I agree with what you’re saying, this is stupid. In a country that wants more modesty, something like this should result in a fine, not imprisonments.

Yes I understand that :) I was just trying to add to the convo by saying that they do get revenues that they wouldn’t otherwise have if the stadium wasn’t there, even if they aren’t being given a portion of the profits.

Also a lot of the time the city does get a lot of profit from the stadium. Even if the city isn’t getting revenue from the stadium itself directly (which, why would it get much unless the city was going to operate it on an ongoing basis), they’re getting money from the taxes on all the spending that results from the stadium’s presence.

It’s not you exclusively, but there are a ton of people on here acting like no one can control their weight.

I mean ... I don’t care what she wants I’m just pointing out that she’ll be single for a while despite still having casual sex.

Apparently it’s unpopular on this thread to say this, but most people can control their weight to an extent. The vast majority of people, with a proper diet and exercise, will have themselves at a healthy weight, even if it takes some time to get there. I understand that there are fringe cases where it’s super hard for some people to maintain a healthy weight, but most people can do it through effort and consistency over a period of months / years.

Being a bang piece is very different from not being single.

Not really for a person in the military. When they’re protecting the President, they’re protecting the office and all it represents, as well as the Commander in Chief. They put politics aside, regardless of if they’re protecting Obama, Drumph, or Biden.

Sure, but you’re responding to a guy who’s point was that in office workers, there’s no meaningful difference in output of men and women when you take out things like pregnancy.

There are not greater numbers of the latter wtf? You think there’s more women who are attractive gold diggers than regular workers?

Well what is it really lol. You got pushed into a body of water after slapping someone full force on the side of the head. That shit can seriously hurt someone lol. She could be charged for assault here and he’s well within his legal rights to shove her off him as he did.

I mean she really slapped the shit out of him. She’s gonna be more inconvenienced from getting wet, sure, but he’s definitely in more pain.

But that’s just to build it lol. It’s value is much, much higher than that. Also, with all the upgrades it has gotten over the years, that number isn’t even accurate for how much it has cost to build any longer.

Yeah, idk why you’re getting downvoted. $2M/year seems reasonable if your husband/wife was a billionaire and you chose to be a stay at home wife/husband so that they could become said billionaire. I don’t think that very many stay at home parents provide value actually equal to $2M/year, but I think it is fair for someone who has earned as much as Dre to pay that amount to his ex-wife.

The comment that you responded to was this: Not at all, that's not what I meant. Women cry far more than men, is what I meant. I'm sure it is healthy but I'm not wired that way or had shit emotionally distant parents Doesn’t seem like he was trying to do that lol.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/08/20 01:19 PM

Dude, I get that it’s healthy. I’m not disputing that. What I’m saying to you is that you’re the one who introduced the idiotic notion that just because one gender tends to do one thing that is healthy more frequently than the other gender, that they are better at functioning as humans. That’s such a stupid ass question to ask. You were obviously going for some silly “got you” moment, but today’s not your day. From what I can tell, your comment offers no value as anything other than an attempted…
/r/PussyPassDenied12/08/20 01:12 PM

It is your logic. You’re the one who introduced the notion that given that x is healthy, one sex tending to do more of x -> that sex is better at being a functioning human. No one else in this thread said anything remotely resembling that. It is absolutely your logic.

I googled this article on it and you are right, it is both genetic and social. Apparently women have hormones that are intended to make them more emotional while men have hormones that do the opposite. Interesting read though: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.livescience.com/amp/51183-tim-hunt-why-women-cry.html
/r/PussyPassDenied12/08/20 12:52 PM

Certainly. That doesn’t make it genetic lol. It’s clearly a societal thing. You can tell this by observing the phenomenon in children. Boys at an age too young to care about societal pressures will cry just as readily as girls will. This stops around grade school, where societal pressures begin to play a factor.

Men exercise more. Exercising more is healthy. Apparently men are better at being functional humans too. See, your shitty logic makes no fucking sense.

Lol how is that what you got from his comment?
/r/PussyPassDenied12/08/20 12:33 PM
1

Not really. It’s not a coincidence bc in all cultures, in ancient times men needed to be the “strong fighter” types, who obviously would benefit from suppressing emotions like sadness because it could portray weakness.

Obviously, based on the fact that I don’t have a problem with people who oppose “feminists” who are just dicks to all men, you can assume I also would support opposing someone who believes in killing all men. That being said, I have no idea who Clementine Ford is.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/08/20 05:59 PM

Idk bro. What do you mean by anti feminist and feminist? I have a problem with people who are dicks to women for no reason other than sexism. I also have a problem with “feminists” who are dicks to men for no reason other than sexism. If someone is anti-feminist and by that they simply mean they don’t like “feminists” of the variety I described above, that’s fine by me. If they are anti-feminist in the sense that they don’t believe that women deserve equal rights, equal respect, etc., then I hav…

What exactly is your second question? 3 to 4 posts? I’m subbed here ... I see 2 to 3 posts from this sub per day. Again, I don’t think everyone on this sub is a misogynist, but most of the comments are extremely misogynistic.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/08/20 05:43 PM

He didn’t say everyone here is a misogynistic incel, he said the sub is full of misogynists. I am subbed here, because the posts themselves are often funny, but every time I go into the comment section I see that the sub is indeed filled with misogyny. It’s probably a vocal minority that comes into the comment section - I’d imagine most of the 500k subscribers are like me who find the posts funny but the comments section repulsive.

I don’t really think this is justifiable tbh. Like she’s getting food thrown at her, which is shitty no doubt. But you can’t just throw a solid, heavy object at someone for that. The customer is clearly in the wrong, but I don’t think the manager should escalate it by throwing a blender at the customer. Even just logically, by doing so, you give the customer the ability to throw the blender back at you, which you clearly don’t want when the alternative is getting pelted by some chicken nuggets.

I mean .... isn’t that what all of us are socialised to be .... likeable? Isn’t that what we should strive to be? I’m kinda at a loss on this one.

Wow. So in other words, yes, you actually think women shouldn’t be allowed to be educated or involved in politics at all.

So just to be clear, you are saying that women should not be allowed to participate in government and furthermore shouldn’t be allowed to be educated?
