Maybe this woman actually did these things, but these shows hire cheap actors to fill in the blanks when people don't agree to be humiliated on TV. Not surprisingly, this happens a lot, so the show can take the "story" to places it didn't actually go.

These shows air kinda true stories, as in "this is what one person said happened". The results are already known before the show even begins. If the actual people won't come on set, they hire actors.
