If it comes back and shows you aren't the father go to family court and get an admissible test ordered.

implement a reimbursement for child support needs. This would be an administrative nightmare. The state doesn't want to be a perpetual referee to your failed family. If you end up in family court, it is your own fault; don't expect the government to make things better...for either of you or your children.

Yes. If they are married a negative paternity test will rebut the presumption in every state that I know of, and no future child support will be owed. Some states remove the presumption entirely if the husband and wife are separated at the time of conception. If the mother is unmarried, the only way a man gets on the birth certificate is through his agreement or through a paternity test ordered via vital statistics or a family court. The only potential catch is that if you're on the birth certif…

Jesus. You're high strung. You're also incorrect about family law. I was merely trying to correct you, but you'd clearly rather live in your own fantasy land. The system is by no means without serious flaws, but what you said is just plain wrong.

Lawyers are totally honest. Yeah, I'm lying to you. Okay, buddy.

This. The plan also does not give UBI to people on means tested benefits if those people want to stay on the benefits. Those programs alone cost $900B+ per year and have tens of millions of people already on them. So there would be tens of millions of people not getting the UBI or a serious reduction in means tested welfare programs.

actually getting a benefit out of it, benefit to whom? Money in the stock market is different than money directly injected to the US economy. 75% of Americans would spend the $1000 that same month in their communities.

That isn't true. I'm a family law attorney.

This is not actually true. Most states have a presumption that a married woman's kids belong to her husband. It is rebuttable. I don't know any situation where mere cohabitation would lead to a child support obligation regardless of actual parentage.

Women are, generally speaking, terrible at fighting. If you have a problem with war or the potential for compulsory service that's fine, but there is an obvious reason we don't draft women.

He'll never marry her as long as she's getting alimony unless they're both morons. As for the custody, document everything and move to modify child support and custody after a few months.

It is a formula for child support everywhere. If dads get a certain amount of overnights the obligation drops pretty substantially.

The sub is called MGTOW. The 'M' stands for 'men', hence my post. It was a play on words. And I'd guess you're not much of a man, either.

https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nsfg/key_statistics/d.htm#divorce It says about half (53%) of first marriages will have ended after 20 years. The rate for 10 years is around 1/3. Not anything to be cheering about, but your numbers are still way off.

There is no chance the 6.6 percent of marriages surviving 10 years is even remotely correct.

You can. You just can't say it to low quality women that respond apoplectically to any (albeit valid) criticism. High quality women hate trashy, irrational cunts as much as MGTOW.

If you're going to have a kid with this woman, you need to stop looking for advice in this subreddit. It is mostly right, but position if you take everything literally - and to such an extreme - you're just setting yourself up for failure. On an unrelated note: you went to college and banged 100 women, but never learned how to use paragraphs?

They only go after a baby daddy if the mom is on welfare - at least in most states. This kid obviously will be, but it isn't like that always.

I'm guessing she probably has countless times. I think she hates men more than white people. She knows that white boy in plaid shorts isn't going to beat the shit out of her. Tyronez will, and probably have dozens of times.

Why the fuck did you go back when she already dumped your ass - and obviously to get some other dick? And why did you sell out the old man?

I don't know that she wants a 'beta provider'. Even self-sufficient women want a more accomplished man for status even if not for providing. Sounds like OP isn't that...

In most states the property will be sold if the parties can't agree. When women 'get the house' it's usually because the man agreed or she bought him out.
/r/MGTOW19/02/19 01:59 AM

I have heard leaving the house could be grounds for her getting the house in the divorce. No, not the case. It might get her temporary use of the residence while the divorce is pending, but no. She won't get the house just because you left.

A lot of mothers go by 'single' rather than divorced based on the simple fact the 40% of women that have children are never married in the first place. Add her to the lowest status. FWIW, I also think the status would go Married, Single, Divorced, Divorced with children, Unwed Single Mother. I suppose it depends on age as well.
