Not quite. A bachelors degree in psychology is little more than a stepping stone to a graduate degree in Clinical, Cognitive, or Neuroscience, and the latter is definitely not bullshit. If you achieve an MFT or Clinical Ph.D you will be employed and you will make money and possibly help people who really need it. If you don't plan on going to grad school then get a new major.
