It may be hard to hear, but this mental state you're in is your biggest problem right now. I'm not pretending to know how to "snap out of it", but the most successful time I've ever had I was 15 to 20lbs overweight. Having your head in the right space is how you win. You're giving me the impression with your post that you're almost panicked about this. Panic is desperation at its worst. Keep in mind that 27 isn't shit for men. You can be dating 22 year olds until you're 40. Please, just try to t…

Good advice. I do want to add that seduction is totally 'just life stuff'. There are so many conflicting messages sent to men. It's not uncommon for us to tie self worth to success with women. Keep at it op. Imo the secret you need to internalize is that chatting a girl up should never be a big deal. Make friends! If they have a boyfriend, good, make an attractive friend you can get comfortable with. It'll only make it easier to chat up that single hottie when the time comes.

If the girl is your friend, thinks highly of you, and knows you're single, in my experience they will do it automatically. Can't hurt to let them know you'd like an introduction though.

Prince charming fallacy. He mentioned it. Basically it's something that's attractive if she's already into the guy but wouldn't be otherwise.

Totally. There are a thousand reasons why a particular girl may not be interested. I don't see it as a reflection on me or my approach. It's easy to be outcome independent when you know you can pick up an attractive woman anytime though. So I can understand why it's hard for guys who aren't there yet.

Guys shouldn't play hard to get. I think the whole hard to get thing is a way for girls to avoid the perception that they're sluts. Girls have it hard, too many haters. As a guy your best bet is to present the perception that you have your pick of attractive girls whenever you want. I'm not your expert at faking it until you make it, because girls talk, and my reputation usually precedes me in social situations. The best advice I can give you is just be friendly, compliment her whenever it's app…

Right? She might be a dull or obnoxious person once you get to know her. Once you can get laid by attractive people whenever you want, you loose the need to prove anything. Personality becomes more important. Hot enough is all it takes if the person is fun to be with. It's the hb6 and hb7 that are the bitches, a lot of them wish they were 9s or 10s and feel like they are proving something to themselves and their social groups by being hostile toward suiters that don't measure up to their fiction…

Yeah, those downvotes were unjust. Although I doubt most guys could pull off the duck routine, it made me laugh and could work if you could keep from cracking up. Upvoted for science.

I'm no expert, but I get my best responses when speaking calmly. You don't want to come across like it's unusual for you to be chatting with an attractive woman. Easiest way to do that is to talk to attractive women all the time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
