The "deserving of love" part stuck out to me as well. Maybe you aren't familiar with how men and women love differently? And that we can only expect unconditional love from our mothers.

You don't get into an LTR in the hopes of having sex.

Thank you for posting this, I was going through almost the exact situation you described last month. And the same thoughts were going through my head. It has reminded me to always have gratitude and to cherish the moments that we have. These are the moments that change and shape us. And we grow stronger because of them.

You are doing really well passing shit-tests. Read up on comfort tests so you can find a proper balance of give/take. Sounds like you are not fully unplugged yet. You will probably learn a lot from this LTR.

A lot of people here have had similar stories/problems. Sounds like you got a lot of Red Pill work to do. Enjoy the journey brother. Godspeed.

Stretching, Yoga, Wim Hof Breathing. Just observing thoughts as they come and go. Not forcing anything. No clinging onto anything.

Just here to say your story sounds pretty similar to mine. Stay on the grind and we will all make it.

Sometimes people don't wanna see their friend succeed if they are lonely and miserable themselves (unwilling to do the work.) This might show in subtle changes in their behavior that you may be picking up on. Which is affecting the vibe when hanging out. Crabs in a Barrel. Trying to pull you back to their level. So that they dont have to face themselves and their own weaknesses. .....Or, it's all in your head.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
