Her: "how many women have you slept with?" Me: "You mean this week?"

Well puppies shit on the floor but I don't get mad at them for it because that's just something puppies do. Why hate all women just because they do something their minds have evolved to do over time? Being hateful is just energy consuming and nothing good for anyone comes of it. Learn the game, practice it, fail and eventually succeed.

Stop watching porn. Did wonders for me in terms of motivation and my perception on women is not so clouded any more. If I am constantly jerking off to women who are 9's and 10's with perfect make-up, and do anything you could imagine in bed then why, subconsciously, would I even want to go out and find a "real" woman? I haven't been laid in a little while either but that just isn't on the priority list right now. If you're depressed, demotivated or feeling down women can see it in your behaviour…

Do not make the same mistake as me. My ex asked me to stop lifting because she was afraid I would become "too hot" for her and leave her for someone else. Guess what she ended up doing to me? Exactly that. Lift because you want to and because it's bettering yourself. Your girlfriend is just there for the ride, you're living your life.

She doesn't deserve any explanation, she knows what she did wrong. As abdada said, engage other women and forget about her.

You're walking a slippery slope with this one my friend. I know you want to fuck her but there are plenty of other 8/10's around to screw. I think you need to ignore her, especially with a bitchy comment like "seems like you need closure". Sounds like she is actually projecting what she needs onto you. You don't need closure, but she does because her precious beta orbiter is no longer around to give her constant validation. Read what Johnnight said, I do think that what he said does have some we…

I'd say keep it simple. Wait a little bit before you text her back. If you do want to converse with her give her a call. Think any of her beta orbiters have the balls to do that? Probably not. You could also use it as a way to set up your next meet.

Hey, man. I've been there. My ex didn't berate me very much but she cheated on me and left me for another guy, up until then I thought she was this innocent flower who would never do such things. But after I came to TRP I realized AWALT, it's just a matter of when that breaking point is for them and that's all a part of swallowing the pill, coming to terms with that.

I think what you need to do is find your own self worth. You need to be in control of yourself and what's going on in your life. You also need to be okay with being alone. Once you do that, not only will your confidence and self esteem go back up, but people will take notice because of how you will start carrying yourself. Time is also a factor. When you have done all of these things the not giving a fuck part will come. I suggest reading no more mr nice guy by Robert a. Glover

Someone correct me if I am wrong but this is just what I think RP has taught me. Personally, I've stopped caring what people think of my decisions. If there's something I don't like I do something about it. I don't care if I piss anyone off. It's not about pleasing other people, it's about doing what I think is best for myself. I don't go out of my way to be a jerk but if that's what people think I could not care less. Stop doing things to gain the approval of others.

I swallowed the red pill right after new years. I was broken. Immediately I started going to the gym and lifting again. Focusing on myself and in some kind of monk mode. I've not yet slept with another woman but I've gone on a date, went ok but I'm just not interested in anything right now besides self improvement. Anyways, since I've started lifting I'm looking way better, my confidence is going back up and the women at work swoon over me. I will also be going under a bit of a promotion where m…

Regardless. As a man, you absolutely cannot put yourself in any situation where people could suspect you of doing some kind of wrong doing. In your case, it's the coworker. What happens if this date goes totally down hill and she talks to your boss about some inappropriate behavior that you may or may not have done? Then you risk your job and credibility. Hell, the date could go amazingly, and she could still turn around and do that shit. The bottom line here, is that you just can't do it. I've …

Very well put. I'm only 25, but my entire family aside from myself, younger brother and my parents are into the pot heavily and booze. Guess what? They're all working shitty jobs or no jobs at all smoking and drinking their lives away. They just don't get it. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with doing that stuff every once and a while but don't use it as a crutch.

Yeah. I know I just need to keep at it. I'm glad I'm not alone in that feeling though. It's too bad it no longer benefits the alpha. Haha.

Thanks for the kind words. I feel way better than I did earlier today when I wrote this post. Just gotta keep at it.

Thank you. I've been reading a lot of these replies and I feel as though I'm in the same boat as you are. Best of luck man. Kind of a side note, after my ex and I split. My ex before her randomly wrote me an email. Told me what was going on in her life and said that the last good relationship she was in was when her and I were together. Over 4 fucking years ago. I didn't even know what to say.

I'm at work so I can't write a full response. I moved back home which is 4 hours away and I'll never see her again (good). But part of what hurt is that the guy was ugly as shit. Overweight no life garbage. He had a huge advantage over me where he worked with her and was chatting her up from day 1. I've been told I'm good looking by many women in the past but I get that the alpha traits he has are more advanced than mine. I won't touch the guy but it's just how I feel. Thanks for the response. I…

This is nerdy but I find it helps me calm myself down. I paint and build models like warhammer. I don't play though.

What in the flying fuck is wrong with people? This is some shit my ex would have done, I can't believe how naive I was. This sub has set me free.

Make sure you keep lifting. I was lifting for almost a year up until a year ago and my girlfriend at the time said "I'm scared you'll become too hot for me and leave me for someone else". I, stupidly, agreed to stop going (I also had a large abscess grow under my skin so that just made it easier to go along with). Then she went and not only cheated on me multiple times but left me for another guy

Absolutely not. I guess I would have to hold her to the same standards I hold myself.

Yeah I don't know. I don't understand why women think this is okay, even after explaining to them why this guy even wants to go out with her to begin with. My ex asked me if it would be okay for her to contact me again a year from when we broke up, basically when she has her shit together and is done riding the cock carousel. I told her no. Why would I want a woman back that is now basically damaged goods? But yeah, if I let her go to something like that, I would be uncomfortable all night. But …

So how do you "treat" a woman? I have always been the nice beta guy and I am so used to being respectful and nice. For the most part, women eat it up but I've never gotten laid by being this super nice amazing guy. How should I actually be doing this?

This is largely how I feel. I was introverted growing up, and still am. I come from a broken family. I am trying very hard to get out there, my last relationship was a serious wake up call. And coming here I am seeing all the stupid shit that I did. Working on that now.

I noticed this too. Tight asses are amazing, why complain about that?

I'm still swallowing the red pill but this is something I've thought about a lot. I don't mean any offense by this but it's like a lot of you are cold heartless Bastards who don't require any emotional attachment. Do you just accept the loneliness or do you make more male friends to spend time with and just have a good time?

My ex would constantly complain about her friends and would tell me how they're "not good people". My response was always "so why hang out with them?". Never got a straight answer. Looking back on it, I'd have to say it's because she too, is not a good person.

Jesus christ. Coming to this sub is honestly the most eye opening thing I have ever had in my life. Quite comforting, really.
