Hanging out with you weekly, then he has time for a girlfriend. This happened to me with a guy I really liked in college. If a guy is doing this to you, tell him this very thing. If he still plays the whole "but I'm sOoOo busy" line just say you're too busy being a good woman to bother with his sorry ass.
