I’m thinking the opposite. People need to move somewhere else. With prices where they are at and rent higher than ever. This could lead to a few things: 1 - the moratorium gets extended - no movement amongst ppl means no demand things go down. 2 - evictions go full blown they need to go somewhere. 80% of people have more cash In their accounts than ever before. Lots of demand. Housing goes up 3 - rents get negotiated with current tenants and things stay the same.

This is why it’s important to always hear different views all the time to try to put yourselves in their shoes and see if I’m wrong. Recent girl wanted to start her own business while told me I should slow down mine to spend more time with her. (She had “so many orders” but never had “time” to fill them) I said I would support and buy from her store. Naw. Too lazy. My 9-5 is getting busier and busier and promoted. A trust is a document that states the wishes of the trustee. Usually marriages/divorces can’t touch trusts. However there are always exceptions to the rules. Let’s say a house is in the trust but there is a mortgage on it. If she can prove she helped paid that mortgage. There goes your house. Anything paid off freee and clear - put in a trust and he should be fine. Download a fill in the trust document according to your state and get it notarized should do the trick

I have looked into it. Being an Advisor I’m restricted on being able to lend peer to peer without approval from my compliance manager. That being said, it looks enticing but I’m looking for a longer term type of investment. I make around 65k a year with my bills being around 1K a month even without a mortgage. I’m very frugal and don’t spend on things I don’t need. I can shoot you over my budget but it’s all about inflow and outflow and controlling that.
