Can we just sit and marvel at that photo of the people attending? That there’s a huge crowd of women that thought this was a fantastic idea? That these same women would still be ready to tell you about all the rampant sexism women face at the drop of a dime?

She premeditated the attack... She travelled (drove?) with the kids to the lake with the attack in mind... She cussed herself out for doing it IMMEDIATELY after the attack, showing that she DID know what she was doing AND that it was bad... What in God’s name am I missing here?

“I want to be free to fuck other people.” talks to guys, comes up empty. “I’m so heartbroken that you’ve fucked other people.” “Stop judging me I’m hurting.” Maybe I’m stuck in the 1920s. Fuck this girl’s feelings. The partner Daniel was the clear victim in this, he just happened to come out on top (so to speak) in the end. This could just as easily have ended with her having guilt-free sex with a bunch of strangers for three months while Daniel spent the time too depressed to put the games down…

Hate breeds hate. Some misogynistic men became the way they are by being exposed to misandry at influenceable ages. Female or male, you spread that unnecessary hatred, it will almost surely circle back around to hurt your own cause

...Are you sure?

Come on. It has nothing to do with the place you’re at. What you’re suggesting sounds like Saudi Arabia in the 1920s. It’s been a very, very long time since speech has been restricted to punish people mouthing off about any authoritative figures.

There’s absolutely zero explanation for this. It’s just sexism. So happy this man is going to court. Go set that precedent.

An ex rolled her car backwards as I was in the process of storming out of it after an argument. My leg almost bent underneath it, but I got away in time. She only ever said "the car did its own thing" and consistently refused to talk about it.

Overemphasized for rhetorical effect. I don’t think it’s far off though, and the ruling is still hugely disagreeable

Probably a good idea. I added it.

Burn off women’s attractive body parts at birth, then men won’t be tempted... Like how could anybody possibly be serious with that suggestion

He’s saying power is an aphrodisiac to women, and hot bodies do the same for men. He’s pinning them together, like they’re the exact same thing. Women can’t have sex with men in power because there may be undue influence. Men can’t have sex with women with nice bodies because there may be the same thing. I’m assuming it’s a joke. :P The logic follows though

It’s absolutely brutal! You lock a bunch of people in a cement box, all they do is get at each other’s throats, then leave more prone to violence than they were before. And any peace of mind you get as a victim, having your offender locked away, has a time limit on it anyways. Like many people I can’t think of many better options to suggest, but I can say firsthand the system is broken. A suicide happened while I was in there too. So sorry for your loss.

I’ve been in trouble with the law, as a youth. I was inside for a year. It almost broke me. ANYONE who agrees with this type of thing is not a human being, and has absolutely no idea what they’re agreeing to send those innocent people into

Absolutely love seeing this. I’ve been low on faith lately, thinking that everyone has forgotten our main goal is supposedly equality

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
