Excuse me. So being falsely accused by a female and subsequently tortured by the court system is not a men's rights issue? If you don't like what is written , don't read. Yes, police inflate their budgets because they panic women to think every male is a potential rapist, accuse men of it and so they get inflated budgets as part of their funding for the year....well they aren't told how to spend it are they?, funds can be redirected. To tell my story, I knew right away that I would have to be absolutely transparent, share all paper work, transcripts from court, etc. Otherwise, no one in the world would believe me when i told them what happened to me. For that matter, had I of not gone through it and only heard of the story, without the paperwork, I wouldn't have believed it possible. Never even gave her a second glance, let her go after admitting to perjury that day in front of the jury and on other court dates related to this matter. 19 years old , I guess its okay to admit to a crime under oath and you walk.

I can't believe how long this has all gone on. Acquitted of rape ( that started it all) The dropping of several breach charges (falsely laid by police to get me off the streets) And now this, before my trial police actually broke into my home without warrant and when I defended I was given more charges.

I thank you for your donation. To date I have received 30.00 , its a far cry from what the lawyers cost but sincerely I do thank you. Should I have been someone of note, or famous i'm sure more would donate. I was extremely fortunate that I had someone to pay for the transcripts, they alone were nearly 3'000.00 and they refused to give me them free, where one would assume they should be free.

Not only did the lawyer not do that but from the transcripts they omitted the RCMP evidence officers testimony that they Destroyed all the evidence " even before the trial. If you look it up, talk to lawyers they will tell you they change the transcripts all the time so as to remove wrong things said or miss said, protect police and the judge.

She admitted to multiple times of perjury while under oath, it doesn't get much better of a confession then that. Still, they did not charge her. And they stopped the trial after the confession, next day the jury was released and I was given a "not guilty by way off acquittal" from the judge

Yes they harass me. I simply tell them i'm not going to stop speaking about this, or through AVFM they claim they are going to target me.

She has made false allegation 11 different times but not all about sexual assault. But each and every time she has either been found lying or just out right admitted it as she did the first day in my trial. She also charged 2 others after myself with in the first year, she later recanted by way of a letter, refused to go to court and the charges against them were dropped.
