0	If you can switch the genders and it's a problem, IT'S A PROBLEM. That’s a very black and white view on a very complicated subject. I believe the harm done needs to be taken into account. She should be punished. Those guys probably had girlfriends/ wives, and they most likely didn’t want to be touched; however, I highly doubt caused them any psychological harm of any sort. Sexual harassment can include so many things that you can’t treat it all like it’s the same thing. You have to take into account a lot of different factors. I think the reason that a grab on the ass is worse if done by a man is because men almost always have more physical strength/ aggressive tendencies. The cop may have been annoyed about getting slapped on the ass, but I don’t think he ever felt truly intimidated by this woman who was being playful at a festival.
