So I'll chime in here because I had the same issues. I would break shit all the time. I was destroying my property over my anger and rage. Learn to pay attention to your thoughts. Both positive and negative thoughts will come. Don't worry about them, just realize they're there. Now here's the trick.... When you experience those thoughts that are negative or trigger anger, sit with the thoughts and pay attention to them. Allow yourself to think whatever deep negative thought comes to mind. Say fo…

Here's my theory. 80% of people who say they have autism don't. They just had shitty parenting and never learned social skills because its so easy to play videogames instead. And the reason they feel overstimulated and have "autistic breakdowns" is because they sit so low on the social hierarchy that their dopamine levels are super low. Causing an over reaction to everything (especially the sjw), because they're not used to getting dopamine hits from positive social interaction. I remember when …

Military, or get a job. If you have no degree, go down to a job agency and find a warehouse job. They suck, but pay way better than say fast food, or other no education jobs. Then find someone looking for a roommate. Because you still couldn't afford an apartment.

Just set up more dates when you contact her. If she wants to chat, she will chat. Contact her the night of, or the day after and suggest you meet up again

If you lift too heavy to keep good form, you'll injure yourself. Perfect, controlled, full range of motion. 8-15 reps for size. Doesn't matter if its 20 pounds

You can't identify with anything that hinders your potential to grow. If you identify as heavily autistic, you dwell on those thoughts. You use it to justify your lack of success. If you follow any autism pages, channels, subreddits, groups etc, unfollow them. I've browsed them before. It's just nothing but negative. I firmly believe the people you hang around, the pages you browse 100% influence your life. Dump anything that doesn't benefit you or help you grow. And I mean everything, excluding…

The first step is to not identify with your illnesses. I have a multitude of diagnosed and diagnosed mental illnesses. I used to follow support groups and read up on my illnesses. But I ended up surrounding myself around negative, low vibration energy. So I cut out anything negative like that from my life. I unsubbed from low vibration youtube channels/subreddits/facebook pages and replaced them with self-help and self-improvement (along with a few hobbies). I don't have many friends right now. …

Could go both ways. Could mean you're shy about what you're saying. Or it could mean that when you talk, people listen. So competing for volume isn't an issue you've had. I think some of the best speakers blend a mixture of both. They start loud to grab attention, then speak quiet and with greater pauses to really draw people in. Then loud again when they start to lose focus.

I think the best balance is deleting the apps or turning off notifications for everything but phone calls and texts. When I walk away from social media, I don't allow notifications to tempt me to return. I use it on my own terms. Which is a lot less now. If someone wants me now you call.

I always found this trick harder than straight up eye contact. I get all subconscious thinking if they're actually falling for it.

I've heard women straight up laugh at short/skinny guys. I'm a tall guy so I guess they feel ok to do that when I'm around. Just keeping it real. It's a pretty big deal to women. But confidence/success/style is a bigger deal. Some of the most desirable men are short
