| 1 | askTRP Megathread June 07I read your other response, sounds like wrestling and track are options, build speed and strength and don't give up on your football goals just yet. HS friend was a sprinter and wrestler and went on to play safety for University of Nebraska football. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/06/17 08:07 PM |
| 1 | askTRP Megathread June 07In HS I was 6'3" 185 lbs, basketball, football, golf, and baseball team, worked my ass off to lift as much as possible and try to get big. Wouldn't happen. Now, 10 years later, every lift number is bigger without consistent training and the mass comes way more easily. Might just be age related genetics? How big are your parents? | /r/TheRedPill | 08/06/17 07:58 PM |
