Are men treated better than women? A trans man's point of view.Complex and effective solutions that take years (or even decades) to get visible results don't get you re-elected. It's as simple as that. That's the vicious circle of democracy: it's awesome when all the citizens and voters are smart, well educated and don't just gobble all the lies and BS thrown at them. It's pretty bad however when most of the voters are idiots that are easily manipulated. How do you fix the problem? By educating people and making your voters smarter... but that would mean sh… | /r/MensRights | 17/07/20 04:47 PM
Are men treated better than women? A trans man's point of view."Good luck factoring in quality of education to level of education attainment." Hahaha! Yes, that sounds extremely tricky, bordering the impossible. I'm from Europe and I've studied both in France and in Sweden. The system in France is quite harsh and very elitist. There are affirmative actions but as I said "once you're in, you're in" at least in the long run (people that get in that way might get more support at first, which makes sense). No clue about Sweden but my university was very interna… | /r/MensRights | 17/07/20 04:25 PM
Are men treated better than women? A trans man's point of view.I've seen a psychiatrist as a kid. It helped me a ton. It was a good life lesson for sure: I would never consider that psychiatrists are just "for the crazies" or "the weak". | /r/MensRights | 17/07/20 04:12 PM
Are men treated better than women? A trans man's point of view.I think the jury is still out about that one. Prevalence of autism is higher among boys, so it might be expected of a boy to be autistic. It's more rare for girls so they might not get diagnosed as easily. | /r/MensRights | 17/07/20 04:09 PM
Are men treated better than women? A trans man's point of view. There are affirmative actions, yes. But once you're in, you're in and you get the same education. I don't see your point. Or are you claiming that ivy league universities give better grades to blacks? That the committee during a PhD defense is nicer to a black person? | /r/MensRights | 17/07/20 04:06 PM
Are men treated better than women? A trans man's point of view.I mean... adjust the data for income and education level and then we can talk I guess. I'm quite sure the racial aspect is MUCH less impactful on such a model than the socio-economical aspects. | /r/MensRights | 17/07/20 03:59 PM
Why SHOULD men date? (beyond the sex)Conflict of interest. I would actually trust more my best friends because they are no nonsense and will tell me the harsh cold truth even if it hurts. A partner might sugar coat things and beat around the bush too much (especially women because that's how they are raised and how they socialize from an early age). | /r/PurplePillDebate | 16/07/20 10:14 PM
Can we all just agree that if you don’t want a child you shouldn’t bust a nut inside people you don’t want to knock up?Drowning. From boy to buoy. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/09/19 04:50 PM
