The fleeting few seconds? You had nearly an hour and a half to double check the first link before you posted it and 10 minutes to realise your mistake afterwards. Secondly, I didn't make any points. I asked for evidence - a totally neutral ground to hold. FWIW I think there probably are people who identify as other genders in Africa, but there is a slight nuance to that argument so you're probably too fucking stupid to comprehend it, as such I'm not going to get into the discussion.

Protein spikes insulin just as effectively as sugar, so what now? Go read Alan Aragons blog rebutting Dr Lustig. I can't link directly from mobile, but you should find it easily, he explains why the insulin argument is not worth paying attention to. IIFYM with a focus on fibre and high protein, that's all you need.

Precisely. That's what I find so ridiculous about the thought that we would not be able to trade outside an economic union - we drive mostly German cars, do we all think they would just stop selling them to us or something? The only response I've heard is that we would have to spend a lot of time negotiating trade agreements as though that would be a waste of time which is just stupid. Honestly if someone tells me UKIP are a racist party I just mark them down as an idiot and move on with my life…

It's a power grab. How can you even 'ban' Islamaphobia? It's already prosecutable to the same extent racism and hate speech is. Labour can't look beyond that power grab to the social ramifications - like you said about the Rotheram gangs, if there is even more stigma surrounding islamaphobia how could we hope for proper prosecution?

This election is noteable because there is no front runner. Politics in the UK is a totally different animal the the US, we're largely fuelled by discontent and mistrust of politicians so it's a case of who will be the best of a bad bunch.
