You’re in an LTR, knowing female nature. Secondly you asked her for sex (which is not recommended) and she denied. At that point I would’ve just got up and left her alone or asked her to leave. Even in an LTR you have to hold your frame, you should still talk to other women. You should still have an abundance mindset. She should feel like you could replace her anytime only then she will respect you

You’re probably letting fear of rejection hold you back. Think of this way, if there’s so many how does it matter if you get rejected? What’s the worst that could happen Once you find a girl choosing you, grab your balls, step down on her like a man and make a confident approach.

I always give my number. It filters those girls that are really into me because they’d have to text first. Also, If she doesn’t know my SMV, giving my number makes her feel like I don’t care if I ever hear from her or not which is a power move.
