It's funny, but much of reddit says this subreddit is full of whiny asshole men. I am a firm believer that gender imbalances, especially in legal cases and custodial battles is a major problem that I will continue fighting with hopes of adjusting the social norm. That said, by devaluing our debate and efforts through ad hominem discussion tactics you are fueling the stereotype of the men's rights movement. Your definition and mine are different. As a journalist who has written on this subject, I can tell you it is difficult to write without gender. OP, you say they were going after fathers, but the article does not indicate gender. 5	I told a girlfriend, "Women abuse men more in relationships." After showing her much evidence, she signed off and cursed at me. It reminds of when I came out to my baby boomer, ultra feminist mother as a men's rights activist. 9	Conviction for statutory rape (Him: 18, her: 16) destroys a man's career, 45 years later. Right. This is about a background check revealing a previous conviction. Statute of limitations apply to the time prosecutors have to press charges. For example, murderers can be convicted on their deathbed 50 years after they committed the crime because there is no limit but prosecutors only have a few years to bust you for stealing a tv. 5	Saw this at Wal-mart - apparently men are too dumb to dress their kids without instructions Ironically, my wife struggled with dressing, changing diapers, etc. with our first one probably, in large part, due to sleep deprivation. I did everything besides breastfeed the kid for at least the first two months.
