Hard nexting doesn't hurt, you flirting on the edges of a oneitis, and then mate-guarding over who she's talking to and then feeling inferior is what hurts. You need to practice A LOT of abundance. Abundance makes mate-guarding too time consuming, and eventually you'll accrue so much attention that you'll find your former self quite pathetic.

Keep going, it will hurt less and less and less. Ignore these chumps that think they came out of the womb as chad. Everyone is weak when they first start working out, the key is persistence, weakness is natural, but that is why you need to stay disciplined and keep working it. It's going to hurt a lot, but it's supposed to, it gets easier with time and eventually you'll feel nothing at all.

People that stayed married together for a long time all have one thing in common: the married early and both had a very low partner count. Sleeping around even effects a male's ability to pair bond, but not as much. Basically, go for young women who have not been snatched up by a career/college. Not all women sleep around before they hit the age of 20, find those and pair bond them to you, treat them as you would treat a daughter and they WILL pair bond to you.

Nobody holds frame indefinitely, we hide our vulnerabilities, but it's impossible to get rid of them since weakness is inherent to humanity. It's possible to indefinitely hold frame (or rather its illusion) in front of your spouse, but that's about it. At the end of the day, inside, we are all weak and vulnerable creatures, but much of frame is hiding weakness, not banishing it.

Right-wingers accept hierarchy and competition, thus they center their lives around running with the competition, left-wingers focus mainly on egalitarianism and fairness, which can never be achieved to any true extent, so the best they can do is rely on degrading the culture and eliminating competition, thereby creating sluts and shattering the family just so they can gain access to the eggs to create more bastard children who will repeat their cycle. This is essentially what is devouring black…

Guess how much that costs you in Germany? Zero TIL: money magically grows out of thin air. You are paying for those services ever since you got your first job, and you will be paying for those services long after you've used them.

It's the same reason why their children are the best at what they do no matter how removed from reality it is. This is actually a good thing for rearing very young children, but it's a bad thing for turning boys into men. Women want their children to be innocent, and to not know the sheer brutality of this world, this is a good trait for rearing very young children, but it's a terrible trait for turning teenage boys into men. But that's why Father/Mother compliment each other so well. Mother has…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
