2	I feel like I have more negatives than positives in terms of value You sound like me my freshman year(I'm 21 about to enter senior year). If there was a few things to tell myself then and what I hope to convey to you is: Find a club/intramural sport/fraternity that fits your interests and at least check out the initial meetings for them. Go to the gym regularly and look up a workout plan so you don't waste time. Read books if you don't already, you'll be doing a lot of reading the next 4+ yrs so get used to it while you can. 1	Meditation and nofap challenge and still have low-self esteem I don't have much experience with meditation, but I did try no-fap like a year ago and stopped after 2 1/2 months. 1	I've read all the books, went through this sub for days at a time, tried everything I can think of, but nothing works. Like others have said just try starting conversation with random strangers, both men and women. For example I was in the gym one day and a simple comment about by a man about college finals being over soon turned into a conversation about terrorism and politics(Even learned of a new book to read).
