It would be a crime if you posted them to the internet. He is her husband, but hey maybe the laws there are different. It’s called community property. However, she did give you permission to video, that makes the video your property. She never mentioned what you can and can’t do with the video. She gets busted and she won’t be able to press charges. That’s what I would do. Then make copies and place them in a secure place. That is your ticket to freedom. She is just trying to give an excuse for having sex with you to her husband. I mean she is not very bright, she let you record it.
