They hate beta men trying to better themselves and to make themselves become alpha. I've seen it stated on here before that women, upon finding out about TRP feel cheated, because they now know that some guys out there aren't real alphas through genetics and upbringing, but by a learned social skill set at a later point in life. Women want the natural alphas, not the 'artificial' ones as they would so callously say.

SS+GOMAD. but all jokes aside doing a heavy leg day (squats, deads, quad raises, calf raises, hammy curls) twice a week from no times a week improve it exponentially. If you want to get bigger faster the most I'd say is three times a week for legs, and three times a week for upper body groups. Then you get one day of rest and back to the start.

Thanks for the input. To be honest there wasn't much kino leading up to it but there were a couple shit tests I believe. She put up a ton of LMR saying things like, "Are you sure he won't find out?" I didn't even give recognition to what she said and just moved on to another subject. When she brought it up again I just made eye contact with her and told her that he won't. I hope I handled that right and I think I did because of what happened.

Thanks for answering so quickly, /u/beserkerlurker. I'm glad I probably won't have to take sides in a domestic case, because as a police officer I would probably aim to be as objective as possible, and picking a side and treating the other as an aggressor would skew that belief a little bit.

I don't see where all this hate for police officers is from. I've been in one car accident (it later turned out to be with an RCMP member) and I was amazed with the amount of calmness and rationale being used, that went against everything I've ever been told by my family that people are irrational and angry when bumped in traffic. But then to add, the accident left no visible marks and he never reported it, so I might have been let off easy.

It's always good when people actually appreciate you for what you do, after so long without anyone giving you any positive feedback. I know that feeling, I've been an o lineman for almost 7 years now, and I only get shit on by coaches. I've only got praised once, and ignored the majority of the time.

Sexual -or social in some cases- market value. It defines how wanted you are, eg. High SMV means women want you, alpha. Low SMV means you are a beta or need to start working your way up. (At least I think that's right)
