| 19 | Only using logic, no emotionsMan it’s not even that. I made an account just to tell you what I’ve seen multiple times as somebody who was managed multiple companies. Often times you’ll see women managers when it comes to layoffs and to pick who to lay off. They’ll pick the person they know who has savings due to their emotions it hurts them less to know some guy with a big bank account doesn’t have a job anymore.
