78	How do I stop taking virtual rejection (getting left on read, getting left on delivered, getting ghosted...) so personally? Regardless of wether we double down, triple down, or 100 down, OP did choose. He chose to pursue the women he communicated with but they still rejected him. Yes we can argue that at that point he can choose to move on, but it’s a tad inaccurate to say that (or imply that) he is chasing. And at what point does it become chasing? If I say ‘hi how are you?’ am I chasing or choosing or just being social?
