No it doesn’t, It changes the physical body but not the DNA I could go have breast implants bottom surgery and hormone treatment and I would still be biologically male in the end.

I’m not sure I knew about it all my life? My mom taught me about it as I grew up and I have seen it defended a lot on Reddit and read a few articles.

A period where women went to every man who wasn’t at war during ww2 and gave him a white feather pin to signify him as a coward, there was massive public shaming and suicides because of this, not to forget all the severe mental health problems this contributed to. And this wasn’t a small amount of women this was a massive majority amount of women.
