The maturity of this impresses me haha. I was half expecting to get flamed and get drawn into some argument, but you replied graciously and politely. Cheers!

If I remember correctly, Koko was given a children's IQ test and her scores were compared with human children. In any IQ test, the results of each age group are retooled so that 100 is the average. So Koko at the time of testing was determined to be less intelligent than the average child.

You can almost see the cogs spin in his brain when he tries to wrap his head around that dumb fucking question.

Someone I know shared the exact quote to their facebook page. I found a site with the quote and linked that instead so I didn't accidentally risk any sort of privacy. It seems so ridiculous to me, but I can't seem to find the right argument against it.

A most prudent pun.

Her words were "we don't have men's groups or a men's lobby to compete with the women's lobby." And she's not lying.

I work as general labor in a powder metal factory. It's one of three entry level positions. It's more physically and mentally taxing than the other two positions by far. Men upon hire are shoehorned into general labor if an open position needs filled, while women enjoy defaulting into one of the two easier and less stressful positions. All three earn the same wage.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
