Anything can be constructed as hate speech, it is completely subjective Hate speech straightforward, it's not that subjective. "I disagree with your opinion" is free speech. "You and your kind are subhuman" is hate speech.

Bruh here is the first google result You can find a lot of them if you look for, most news reported that. It was on tv nonstop for more than a week.

How so? This incident was the only thing all the media reported for like 2 weeks. Everyone (even my grandma that don't keep up with news) knew about how the kid was kidnapped, brainwashed to hate men, tortured and killed. It was a shock at the time.

They both were arrested the day after the murder. Now they are awaiting trial in jail (the police don't need to wait for judgement to arrest someone. It can be fucked a lot of times cause innocent people are arrested for years, but in this case they confessed). The father got his daughter (8) that he haven't seen for 5 years. The mother had kidnapped both kids and flee to another state.

Not wanting a fight. Just answers. These questions popped into my head the first time i heard ofthe Free The Nipple movement. We are good pal, just two guys chatting over the internet. I can give you my opinions over your questions, but I'm not part of any social movement nor know anyone who is, so that's just my view. You do realise I never proposed this? Sure, but this is the default, it's happening right now as we speak, so no one needs to propose that. What people propose is changing that, a…

I'm not arguing that breasts are not atractive, or that men should be trained to not find that atractive (or anything in this line of thinking). I'm just saying a body part being atractive should not be justification for prohibitions by law or social reprovation. This part (prohibition and social reprovation) is a "social construct™", that was learned in our society and can be changed. Sure, there are places that topless wouldn't be welcome, but we already have that. As a man I won't go to court…

Take a look at muslim countries for example. They think showing hair and ankles is too sexual and could tempt men, yet in the west we see no problem with that. But if you go around asking men about hair, most will have a preference, and say women with hair is more pretty than bald women.

I think thats the point everyone wants to get. Not to arrest men for liking boobs, or making them not like boobs. Just train self control.

Trump's government lasts 4 years, Biden's government could last 8 years Good point, I hadn't thought of that. If Trump wins, though, it would legitimate his "witchhunt" campaign from last year, basically saying he can get away with anything. The republicans also hold the senate and we already saw how they let him do whatever he wants, he could become effectivelly above the law and that's worrisome. Anyway the political scenary does not look good for the near future. Any decision taken should be …

Voting third party is useless in the US system. The democrats are more progressive than the republicans, so voting blue is the rational vote for them. No mistery here. Edit: to be clear I'm not defending one candidate or another here, just explaining the logic they follow. The US ellections is made in a way every citizen must choose the "lessen evil" of 2 parties that are not so different. The system is made in a way most citizens won't be happy with the results either way, because it's not a de…

Here: we live in a gynocentric society. We all, generally speaking, live to serve women. How does we live to serve women? You talk like women have an easy life as queens while men are their slaves. I'm sure some men are living like that, but that's not the rule.

I think we see the world different ways buddy. I agree this is an unfair world and people hold a lot of biases, double standards and prejudices. But I don't think it damages only men, or helps women. They suffer in other ways. Feminists unfortunally sees only the problems that affect women, denying men have problems. It seens like you're tending to the other extreme, by seeing only the men's problems. I'm here because I don't like these double standards and want a world were men and women have t…

Feminism is an idea, not an organization. There is no CEO of feminism. XX century feminists were who started questioning traditional gender roles and brought up issues like domestic violence and sexual assault (issues the men's rights movements fight to fix). They are our allies, not enemies. As with all ideas and movements, there are hatefull people that use feminism as an excuse for their hate. Doesn't mean the entire idea is evil. Even buddhism, a religion completelly anti-war, have been used…

Stop using misandry to justify sexism. Sexism, double standards, are our common enemy. Feminists have been useful in the fight agaisnt sexism for the past 100 years. Just because some misandrists are corrupting the name to hate men, doesn't mean everyone that calls themselves "feminist" is an enemy. Just like the men's rights movement is not invalid because some /mgtow retards think this sub is a safespace for them.

What part of "Weinstein is not in prison" didn't you understand? Due process is happening, no one jailed him after the first accusation, not even after the 99th acusation.

Man you do realize how rape can fuck someones mind, don't you? Have some empathy here. If you were raped would you have the strenght to go to the police right after? Would you say "hey cops look here the dry cum in my butt. Btw I took a picture of him and writed down his car's number" You can't expect rape victims to react that way. That's why there are investigations.
/r/MensRights10/02/20 10:29 PM
1

Of course not. It implyes the person will be defended. No one is guilty until proven the opposite, calling the victim "victim" will not change that.
/r/MensRights10/02/20 10:14 PM

Women tend to knowingly remove and destroy evidence from their body in rape cases. (Citation needed)
/r/MensRights10/02/20 10:12 PM
2

I agree, that's why I'm here after all. But you're looking too much into this "special measures", that says absolutelly nothing about free pass for abuse of men. We should celebrate law advancement to end abuse against women and use it as example to end abuse against men, not fight them.
/r/MensRights10/02/20 07:27 AM
1

But "accusation" implyes attack and could be anyone that witnessed the abuse, while "victim" implyes defense and is specially designed for the one who suffered the abuse. Like if someone is raped, they are not attacking the rapist by denuncing the crime, they are defending themselves.
/r/MensRights09/02/20 11:35 PM

But "victim" is being used by it's definition. In court, no one is guilty until proven, but the "victims" are still called victim. Why do you have a problem with this word?
/r/MensRights09/02/20 10:56 PM

Why is B the only option? This is not a 0 sum game. Our goal is not to make men and women be abused the same amount of times. Our goal is to stop abuse.

You're missing the point. She is mocking people that victimize Amber for no reason, when there is a lot of evidence she is lying. "Listen to victim" doesn't mean blindly believe them. Hear what they have to say, withhold judgement until you have proof, but don't expect the victim to provide all the needed evidence to arrest someone. That's the police job, not the victim's. This attitude of "you can't accuse someone without 100% proof in your hands without doubt right now" makes actual victims sh…

The strongest woman is weaker than the average man. The strongest woman lifts 850 ponds (400 kg). Do you lift how much? Feminists dont want to work in a coal mine or as plumbers. Men do. Surprise. Which coal mine do you work at?

What do you think about this groups which use feminism as an excuse to hate people? Why they are so common, and why we don't see sane feminists like you talking against this hate groups? If someone is distorting the moviment (that you're part of and thinks is a good cause to fight for) into a bad thing, it's not of your interest to be vocal against them and point to the right direction?
